to not be left greasy. The place after the first go was bad. They took a second trip out after a heated phone call and what would you know things still not done, like I’m not expecting you to polish a turd but I expect you to clean doors and get rid of cobwebs as promised. They said they would come out a 3rd time but cancelled. Turns out my landlord did it rather than wait for these incompetent “cleaners” to have one last crack. Waste of time money stress and rude. I’d rather run my feet over glass then rub it in a used cats litter box than pay for these “cleaners” again. Probably should avoid.

Don’t bother yourself!!! – Really disappointed about the cleaning company. They mentioned the it’s a bond back guarantee but apparently not and will put the blame on you but you clearly mentioned to them that if the owner/agent is not satisfied can they go back and clean again. in the end giving you all excuses not to do the cleaning once you already. Don’t a victim it’s really better to look for someone else.

End of Lease clean – A fantastic job was done on for my ‘End Of Lease’ clean. Very impressive. Value for money, reliable and well organized. Communication was excellent. I would definitely recommend this service.

Perfectly useless – Commissioned to perform end of lease clean with communication stating that 'everything inside the house will be cleaned'. Had to get them to come back as the landlord inspection highlighted several faults in the clean - very obvious wall marks, drawers missed, floors not mopped (still dust in corners). SV cleaning now refusing to honour 'bond guarantee'. Will never use this company again.

Worst clean I've ever seen – My tenant paid $320 for an end of lease clean. I normally pay $70 for a clean which was far better than this company. The poor tenant now has to pay another company to go over and clean the bath which was filthy after they cleaned it, floor was disgusting, nothing was even dusted. They washed their hands of everything saying that they won't do anything if it's after 7 days. I was overseas and when inspected the flat, while it had been empty for two weeks, they refused to do anything about it.

have done steam cleaning and removed all the stains made it to look like new one. I was very pleased with their work. They also charged very reliably. Definitely, I will go with them once again in future if I need any cleaning services.
