UPDATE: The items were sent more than a week after the initial order date. I never received any responses to my text or email. However, the items have now arrived and are as expected and I am cancelling the chargeback. Very poor customer service still - they need to update their website dispatch times and actually respond to customer communication.
I bought a baeba food processor and the product that was sent to me is faulty. I tried to email multiple times to reach them using text messages and email but I only received initial reply to recheck if the blade is properly placed. Despite doing all the checks the blade function is not working. After I sent a follow up email, videos and text message until now I'm waiting for their reply and its been more than 3 weeks now.

The return policy noted a fee ($7.95) to cover original postage and packaging, but there was no information about who was to bare the costs of returning shipping. I sent several emails / texts querying who was to pay for the return shipment as it was unclear on the website = no response.
***Be warned you will have to pay the $7.95 fee and also the return shipping, so you are likely to be around $20 out of pocket if you need to return the items. This is not clear on their website and they do not respond to you when this question is asked!!

correct swaddle with a prepaid return satchel the next day, unless I would want to keep the non transitional version and they would refund me an extra 15% discount. I replied asking for the transitional swaddle to be sent. It took about a month for this item to arrive, during which I got a bit worried that there was an issue as they weren’t replying to my texts or emails. But it has now all been sorted and they have given me the explanation for the delay and lack of response. I have taken away one star due to the lack of communication. But other than that I am very happy with the product, pricing, and free shipping.

It was reasonably priced and I'm quite impressed that they had stock of it, as I had had trouble finding it in other outlets. Only just saw the other reviews saying that the website is a scam. They’re totally right. I ordered an item from them and there has been no communication from them, and they’re not responding to my emails. Avoid!
They take your money, send you the wrong items then never return any of your calls or emails. Essentially they just steal from you. Hugely disappointing considering how expensive all the sleep items are. Now we have to go without because we can't afford to essentially pay double for the one item.

Terrible customer service – Absolutely terrible customer service. If I could give half a star I would. I purchased two blackout blinds that didn’t fit my windows.
