MP3 player bought, company never sent it – Took my money, didn't send the item, no response to emails. No tracking # on invoice should've raised suspicion. Disputing the payment through Paypal.

Takes your money but doesn't send you the product – I ordered some replacement earbuds for my waterproof headphones. Cost me $40, including postage. I never received the product. I emailed Swimman multiple times asking if they had sent me the earbuds and asking for a tracking number. No reply to any of my emails. I phoned and left messages. No reply.

Always a pleasure to deal with you, your help over the phone has been much appreciated when I’ve had a question & I would tell anyone who was considering in buying your product, just do it, as you won’t know how you swam with-out it!

Wow! – Ordered this last week, it was delivered the next day, great service. The iPad clone is a great product, swimming has never been this good before, highly recommend.

Avoid – I sent back my ipod to them for repair after contact over phone and email. They recieved the ipod but never sent it back and do not reply to my email or phonecalls. I think they have gone bust? Lost out on a lot of money and ipod. :( Avoid

Looks like they've gone broke? – I purchased a faulty iPod. Not answering emails from reply to original purchase, or from 'contact' page on their website. Do not spend money here! I suspect that they have gone belly up. UPDATE: Web site is down. Looks like no one else will be ripped off.

AVOID - does not exist – I ordered the Waterproof MP3 iPod Clone Budget Pack on 02/03/2019 and after the initial email to confirm the purchase, I have not heard from them nor received the product. I have emailed several times and when I call it goes straight to voice mail. I have lodged a dispute with Paypal and ACCC.

AVOID: Non-existent merchant – AVOID. This is a common occurrence. Ordered the Gen 5 2GB Silver from Swimman Australia / Waterproofipod. The merchant either doesn't exist or doesn't reply - same result. No response to emails or phone calls. Wish I'd checked this site first.

No item and no response – I had ordered a iPod shuffle from swimman in early March 2019. After repeated attempts to contact the seller after not receiving my item, I lodged a dispute with PayPal who have refunded me. I have not received any contact from the seller despite phone calls to landline, mobile, text messages and emails. I’ve lodged an enquire with ACCC, to try and avoid this happening to others. Don’t buy from this seller.

Never received product – Ordered $100 basic pack with express delivery. Never received product, nobody answering mobile number provided OR landline. Very disappointed to see this seller still has access to Paypal services. Fair warning to all thinking about buying from him.

Customer service – Contacted customer service regarding what I would need. No communication back. Read these reviews after this to see if this is common. Thank you all, I won't be purchasing and will try another brand

Rubbish Customer Service – I recently brought a underwater mp3 player and the FM radio function does not work. I have sent several emails, online messages and phone calls no response . The mobile number does not take incoming calls.

Dreadful service – Finally received my package 2 months after ordering. It is not the product that I ordered. It has less functionality and the instructions are in Chinese which I do not read. I have since sent numerous emails to resolve this. No reply to date.

Horrible – I brought it in November for a Christmas present. Used it once and has stopped working. I have left countless messages and emails and also have contact fair trading Australia. Still no contact. Very disappointed i want a refund.

Slow shipping, no customer service – I ordered an iPod in December and I just received an email that the product was shipped! Since I ordered I've moved house and sent multiple emails so the shipping address can be changed, I forgot I even made the order its been so long. Very disappointed.

some extra headphones in January - they took payment but I have never received the product! All I want is for them to contact me to resolve the issue - this is getting beyond rediculous! I will be escalating this further.

I buy another waterproof iPod shuffle for $165 and I am yet to receive my product. I have sent dozen of emails and phoned both numbers numerous times. I have now escalated a refund through PayPal. This is so disgusting that this man Marty can get away with it. He is a con artist and a thieving horrible human being. I’m hoping karma gets him in the end. Consumer affairs should have the power to shut him down immediately.

Same experience – I ordered and paid on 6 January 2018, no one answers the phone and nothing has arrived... definitely needs to be a referral to consumer affairs and ASIC.

Rubbish service - no delivery as yet – I ordered and paid for some replacement waterproof headphones on 07/01/18. I haven’t received them yet and have rung both the landline & mobile numbers listed & sent faxes and emails daily and still no response.

Complete scam – I ordered a $165 iPod over a month ago. Product never came. I have contacted Swimman via email and phone for over the last month and am yet to get hold of anyone. Calls go to voicemail and their website messaging that promises a response in 48 hours does not respond at all. I have escalated a claim via PayPal and will report company to consumer protection. I dont know how they can continue to operate and take people's money.

Don't order – I ordered two. All up around $500. We received one which does not work. We haven't heard back from the other. Marty isn't replying. Time to call in the boys aka. Consumer affairs and the banks.

I did not opt to wait and received a refund from PayPal within the day.

First and foremost Swimman Australia would like to sincerely apologise for any delays either replying to your emails or getting you your orders in a prompt and timely manner. Swimman pride themselves on this and acknowledge that they have not met the usual, highly efficient delivery times, since late December.

Just before Christmas there was an unfortunate health scare which has completely put the site and sole business owner [name removed] out of commission until what we hope will be the end of this week. 



At that time he will go through all the orders and endeavour to get all your products to you ASAP. You should have an order notification from Swimman by the end of next week at the latest. 

Any returns or other questions will be answered at this time.

Swimman would also wish to offer you a complimentary present for the massive inconvenience. This could be in the form of merchandise or coupons which will be decided when [name removed] returns.


Alternatively, you may wish to ask for a refund for your purchase which Swimman are happy to organise immediately.

Yet to receive my purchase and cannot contact Swimman – I purchased a waterproof ipod and headphones on January 2nd. I paid $25 express shipping. Goods still not received. I have tried to contact the company multiple times via phone, sms, email and FB with no success. I think I have lost my money. BEWARE as they are still selling items via their website.

Feeling Ripped Off! – I got an ipod suffle from Swimman around April 2017. After a few hassles with the headphones, I contacted them and without hesitation, they sent me a new set free of charge. time I used it, now it won't charge either. I have emailed Swimman 3 times and rung and left 2 messages - no response. It is frustrating that I can't get through to anyone. Looks like I have myself a lemon that I can't use in or out of the water!

waterproof Ipod broken after 1st use – I have tried multiply time to contact Swimman Australia. About an Ipod i received that was crackedafter first use. To date no response!!! I have emailed over 5 times and called them. And no response.
