Wouldn’t exchange a gift even though it was still new in bag and I had the receipt as it was past the 30days. I was not trying to get refund just exchange to a larger size. Great service, great product and speedy delivery – Their bathers are always a perfect fit, their deliveries are always so quick. I recently had a parcel stolen from my letter box, they were kind enough to refund me the cost of the bathers and the shipping cost as well. Will definitely buy my next pair from them.

When I asked to speak to the store manager, [Name Removed], and inquired about their customer assistance policy, she responded in an extremely defensive manner, insisting that they have excellent customer service and that I should have asked for help.

While I am satisfied with the items I eventually bought, I would not have purchased them if I didn’t want to avoid wasting my time. However, I found the staff’s and the manager’s attitudes very disappointing and unapproachable. I won’t be shopping at their store again in the future

wrote to them asking them to post my reviews and i wanted to know why these were advertised as swimwear for curve people when they clearly are not. No response to my questions and two weeks later, my reviews have not made it to the website. False advertising and a significant amount of money down the drain.

something different that I could actually wear. After looking online I could see no logical reason as the item is still being sold at the same full price. Second call explaining this to them & asking for them to reconsider they said if it had only been a couple of weeks after the 30 days they would of exchanged it so obviously their choice, discretion or how they feel at the time. Like I said still selling it at the same full price so would not be affecting them, & clearly a case of just being difficult with no real reason or consideration to a returning customer who will now shop elsewhere recommending friends to do the same.

Chlorine resistant – Lots of wonderful reviews about ladies finding lovely bathers to fit them. But they are not chlorine resistant & this is what we need when we swim daily at the pool. They last longer & keep their shape. Some nice bathers with bra support, CHLORINE RESISTANT, for older ladies please.

can’t return them. When I asked about the coverage, they said they had lowered the bum coverage. They just aren’t at all comfortable for me to swim in. Maybe you could lay on the beach. Maybe it would be fine if you weren’t a 16, but they promote comfort, and style for all sizes. They were a disappointment for a 2 week holiday. I’m trying to sell them off. I have tried to write a review with my unhappiness but it hasn’t been possible.

Quick delivery and beautiful swim wear – Quick delivery and beautiful swim wear. I am around a 14 mostly and bought the Back Beach Co Aqua Haze Hooded Towelling Robe and size 14 Sea Level Messina High Waist Band Pant. The pants are firm around the tummy which I like but generally like most I buy always a touch loose on your cheeks. (Could just be my tiny butt lol). Nice to find hi rise costume bottoms! This encourages and helps with online shopping when you cannot see/try things on. I havent worn the item yet [being too cold] but the fit is perfect now and the quality feels good, but I just had to give you a shout out for a wonderful returns process, if only more companies had such a great system/process.
