APPALLING! Would rate 0 Stars if I could – I've had an End of Lease cleaning booked for some weeks. They confirmed an arrival time of 8am, I then receive a phone call at 11.30am advising the cleaner is having trouble entering the property with the key provided. a call advising the Pest Spray I had booked and paid for was not able to be performed as the cleaner had an emergency. My thoughts to the cleaner if this were true, but Bond Cleaning had no solution but refund me this portion. Not much help to me as I no longer had access to the property. After arguing the point, they found someone else to perform this task as booked.

Then the Real Estate contacted me with a list longer than my computer screen could handle showing 4-5 dot points in each room of things requiring more attention (49 points in total). The oven wasn't cleaned, nor floors vacuumed ...Bond Cleaning, did you guys even visit this property??!?

My suggestion, AVOID them at all cost.

Amazing – I cannot speak highly enough of Tina. She did such an amazing job. My apartment is immaculate and really cannot fault any of the job done. I would recommend sydney best bonds to all my friends.

Needed persuasion to do the job properly – I booked an end of lease cleaning service as I didn't have time to do it myself with all the packing and unpacking etc. i sent the company's pictures of the apartment and I was led to believe that for my $280 I would have the empty apartment fully cleaned and in a presentable condition to get my bond back. steam cleaned. I booked about a week in advance. The day before the company attempted to change the time on me to a later time. I had to refuse as the keys had to be handed in that day.

Fast forward to cleaning day. Two ladies turned up who could barely speak English. I expected them to have some sort of industrial equipment that they could power through the house with but they just had a standard vacuum, mop and bucket and one of them home carpet steamers.

Straight away the excuses started. There's stairs, we can't do stairs, even though I had booked stairs. We don't clean walls. We don't clean blinds. We don't clean balconies. I had to tell them that I was paying them a lot of money for this end of lease guaranteed bond back service and that there excuses were not good enough.

They did end up working very hard and did clean the walls but I ended up having to do the balconies and blinds myself. The steam cleaning however was in no way acceptable. I had to rent a steam cleaner and do it myself once they had left. I also had to polish the floor myself as apparently that wasn't covered either.

They had the cheek to charge me $400. To sum up I got very little for my $400 and I won't be using this company ever again.
