Saved our medical centre – Had massive leak from pipe in toilet, found out going for approximately 6 hrs. Medical centre completely flooded. Service answered phone call promptly and organised plumber straight away. Plumber came out promptly, knew problem right away and fixed it straight away. Overpriced amateurs for hot water replacement – Quoted double the market price for installing a dual element tank and when queried they dropped the price by $1000. Still expensive but I let it go because it was the middle of winter and fast service was promised. Plumbers installed the next day and left the property assuming that all was good. and after checking, their conclusion was it was a faulty unit and refused to replace, expecting me to deal directly with Rheem for warranty. After many phone calls and buck passing, Rheem came out to check 5 days later, meaning that we were without hot water all this time. Rheem concluded that SPS had connected the tank to the electricity before the tank was full, blowing the booster element. Also, they had wired the dual elements the wrong way around which means that off peak would never have come on. So much for fast professional service. Cowboys.

Poor communication! – Unfortunately an SPC plumber managed to make my shower water flow worse after failing to replace the hot and cold water washers with new identical ones. Didn't bother to check flow. Complete waste of 200 dollars for 15 minutes of his time. At least the other part of the job was successful: replacing a garden tap. [name removeed] and the customer team were courteous.

Crook plumbers – called regarding leak. Very young chap turned up no tools but Ipad. Strated to design new toilet moving the buckets. demanded $30. for his design. Angry called his boss. yes they are encouraged to lie to get the $30. Totally unprofessional crooks. Stay away from this company.

My Objective Achieved while saving Money – My rainwater pump had gone faulty. Michael gave me 2 quotes, one for existing type of pump which was expensive while the other option he provided me save me more then a thousand dollars. Good advise and excellent job. Great job. Great service. Great price – We had a leaking tap that we could not fix ourselves. I booked for the following day but received a call asking if service could be done today. Prompt and efficient after hour service – Needed a plumber urgently as the only alternative was no cooking, showering, or toilet overnight. A quick confirmation from the actual tradesman who was coming with his expected 25 minute arrival and recontact just before arrival.
