Further to my poor review on Sydney Tools last week regarding $4.450,50 compressor that I purchased and then cancelled because the store rang back post price confirmation and payment requesting an additional $300 for freight into their store,,, well the saga continues and now over two weeks and till they haven’t remitted my money. . Phoned Customer Service, copied and forwarded purchase details - was told that the refund would have to be approved by Accounts and they can’t provide me with a direct contact number to that department. It’s bizarre that this company can change the price post purchase (which is poor retail behaviour) and now it’s up to me to jump through all their hoops to have my money returned. I have spent numerous thousands of dollars in Sydney Tools but this experience has made me avoid ever walking into one of their shops again. To the Sydney Tools person reviewing this post my Quote No. on this item is 41108954 - this is a large amount of money out of my working account that I need to operate. Hopeless company…..

Worst after sales service ever experienced – Purchased wacker neuson vibrating rammer 5 days in motor failed It’s now going on 9 weeks no rammer no communication Told it was operator error, got 2 other older machines (same model)on-site still operating fine no problem, using same way I’ve always used machines. Won’t tell me how it’s operator error. Just spent more money to take this company to NCAT tribunal I’ve got nothing to lose already $4000 out of pocket plus hire of another rammer for past 9 weeks. Would not buy a pencil from this company You’ve been warned

Disappointed! – Bought a product today, no free battery was included in the pack. Need to make a special trip back to pick it up. Phoned up about it & was told a new worker had served me. I would of thought a new worker would of been trained up for a job! Also, amazed me that it is only men serving in the store & not a single female employee to be seen in site! Taking business elsewhere in the future!
