Very poor customer service – Whenever something goes wrong, even in the fist week of purchase, it takes weeks for them to arrange a replacement part. If I'd bought a tool from Bunnings, I'd walk out with either a new tool or a refund on the spot. Not recommended.

Invoice number 13656954. I wanted a refund, but the store would only replace the item, which took months. I now have the replacement item, but it hasn't been opened.

Poor customer service – Went in to get a paslode nailgun. They wouldnt merit their online sales. No free battery as shown and no jumper on other sale. Didnt even have the model.
