The supplier advertises free freight above $99. What they fail to advertise is that this is a discretionary application of an offer, subject to the whim of the sales staff. False advertising and when questioned was happy for me to go elsewhere. Intersting customer service...or lack therof.
Treating female customers like they not worth respect or there time – The worst customer service experience possible. My wife went in to Sydney tools paget and got totally ignore trying to find and item for me. Then while paying for the item the person conducting the transaction stopped and had a conversation with another employee before completing the transaction. Totally disrespectful and dismissive of her treated her like a total inconvenience and made her feel like she didn’t deserve his time or respect.

(ok thats wonderful ) - paid for item and told it would be here in about a week but they would ring to notify its arrival- no phone call - so we ring enquiriing about our purchase to be told oh we could not get it but would you like us to see if carins has some( hhhhmmm yes please as it is paid for ) . Yep they have one we, will get it sent down, we will ring you when it arrives, a week later NO return phone to let us know where your order is - so yet again we rang( did our item arrive in store) - to be told we will have to check and yep its on the paperwork but they would have to ring us back in hour when they double check - no call back so yet another call back to be told yep its here and there's 3 of them came in and pick up -to arrive in store to be told its not unload you will have to came in tomorrow- ring them this morning yep came in - go in this morning to be told they don't have time to get it out of dock and that we would have to came back- each round trip for us was 80km - total of 4 round 80km trips - we get back home to receive a call 2hrs later to say you can came back in and get it now . Seriously Sydney tools mackay the worst experience I have ever had !!!!!!! Our item was not cheap (was a big ticket item) - it has been nothing but a total bad experience dealing with you which was blown out to be over 3weeks of dissatisfaction with no customer service no return phones and ended up cost us so much more - our time and fuel ranning in and out along a loss of business. We will never shop with you ever again or wouldn't recommend anyone esle too.

Selling items they do not have that are shown as in store or not shown as not in store – Bought 3 Items by click and collect from Paget Store. Went to collect a few days later only to be told 1 item was not in stock. Returned weeks later and item still not in stock. Store salesman did not want to refund payment but did. Show details

What a complete waste of time – So I did an online click and collect order for a lot of stuff, now almost 2 months later still haven’t got everything I ordered. I have had multiple different staff say the truck went missing too we are unpacking a load to someone has put it on the shelf and it has been sold to someone else to we will have to order it in what a joke.
