Purchased a Multi tool and blades from Sydney tools Virginia, was told by the employee the blades would fit the tool, however they don't. that he couldn't remember what he had said about the blades. The blades are a pack of 3 and worth $93.00 and now in their words its bad luck for me, and i feel for you. Dishonest and deceitful

Be wary when buying anything from this store, and from my experience do not listen to the advice of the employees. They obviously have limited understanding about the products they sell and hide behind company policies when they get it wrong.

Poor experience buying products – Went to this store after seeing a set of wrenches in stock on the website to find they were sold out. Disappointed – Bought a cigweld welding jacket for around $100 it lasted a couple of months with holes burnt into it useless bit of ppe didn't do what it was supposed to for the money. Wouldn’t touch them with a 40 foot pole – I purchased a Makita Auto vacumn from Sydney Tools, by the time I got around to using it I had discarded the packaging. are not able to refund or replace. I’m disappointed not only because the product was rubbish but also because of the lack of service. Every time I called Sydney tools Virginia, they said they would chase Makita, or the head office or the repair people and would call me back. Not once did they call me back. I will never but anything from Sydney Tools again!

What a disgrace – You have done your dash with me. I was so keen to be a loyal customer but have given up. Returned the item as it wasn't fit for purpose. The item had a '30 day like it or return it guarantee'. I returned it two and half months ago and am still waiting for my refund. me as the person dealing with it was on paternity leave, then told that I need to chase it up myself with the manufacturer, then told by the manufacture that Sydney Tools hadn't even arranged to send it back. Now I am still waiting. Have been told by the manufacturer that they have approved the refund and the same by Sydney Tools. Was told by a representative it was sent to head office for direct deposit to be paid into my bank account. A week later, still waiting and today told, they are waiting for confirmation from the manufacturer. Every time I have needed to chase it up and have never received any correspondence from Sydney Tools. Don't buy anything from Sydney Tools if you want after-sales service.
