Rude and refuse refund for typhoon pressure washer – Bought typhoon pressure washer, currently back for repair for the third time. Have only used this item a hand full of times. Refusing to refund, and are being very rude in person and over phone about it.

Thief and liar – Spent $250 plus on tradie night, promised me by sales rep [Name Removed] $50 bonus will be loaded to my account. No bonus points. Made call and told me non stocked items are not eligible. Well, why the hell would i buy from u if there is no discount? Total tools offer better service all the time. What a liar franchise My invoice number is *9700538* Solve it or i will bring this issue to ACCC What a waste of time, I'll simply pursue it to the end simply cos I'm not happy
No idea – Purchased item online. Incorrect item sent Went into store—“sorry deal with Online support” Online support said “deal with store as item can be accepted at store level” Went back to store- hesitant to return item as clearly incorrectly sent initially. Returned item said” will send email conformation and refund notification Two days later still waiting

Just dont buy from Sydney tools! – Zero call backs or adter sales warranty or order support period!. If you have an issue you get a wall of "we will call you back" news flash they never call back. months of waiting on orders or warranty. Just avoid. Go to TotalTools instead.

90 days no changeover – Sydney tools policy on the return of a product for warranty purposes found defective and replaced by manufacturer will only allow the customer to have in exchange the same product. They will not refund or exchange for a more suitable product. Ridiculous company policy.
