Walked into the store at Pakenham 28/6/2022 and the sales guy was useless and did not assist me at all absolute rubbish – Did not no where product was, does not walk and show you, and then just disregarded me. I walked out with no tools and had no assistance what so ever, I will never go back to Sydney tools at pakenham they are completely unprofessional.

Upsell stitch up – I went in and asked if they had a battery powered led flood light. I was taken to a $180 light that plugs into a battery drill battery. He made out that only $180 was a bargain. Eventually, he reluctantly pointed to where I could find the $39 one. Just be wary of the sales people, they are not to be trusted.
