Great service and very good price for a 6.6kw solar system. Top 1 18 pieces of 370w panel and a WiFi 5kw inverter. The installer very professional and friendly. I installed the system at Jan 2021, no any problems so far.

System is working well and the contractors who installed were professional, explained the inverter and very prompt, not messing around with times ect.

Highly recommend talking with Sync Energy for anyone thinking about solar as they came in $1000 cheaper and have been operating for a few years now adding confidence that they hopefully won't become one of the horror stories company's that we hear about.

From the initial call to installation was quite a short time. Noi was very helpful with options for placement of panels on the roof and even arranged for our old system to be removed. The installers worked very efficiently and did a good job but were not very communicative, hence the 4 stars instead of 5 but the system is working to expectations and would recommend Sync for solar systems.

The person i was dealing with was great. I got great consumer services from him but the technician who installed the solar panel did not go as per plan, they told me that people at the office were not aware about the best position to installed these solar panel.

Sync solar company is THE BEST.From sales person who gave us all information over the phone and via email,to workmanship,excellent service and best price.Took them only two weeks to install our solar panels from the day we sign the contract and pay small deposit. Well priced, good quality workmanship, and customer service is excellent, i highly recommended this product and service, alot cheaper tgan any other solar company, i lived out of the suburbs with a 6hour turn around and without a problem sync energy only charged a small fee.

The salesperson sounded very nice. I sent ll required information and photos to them. Sync then sent me the quote via email and I promptly signed the online contract and paid the deposit.
In a 5 week time the order has been cancelled with the response that there are no available installers in Brisbane.
