purchased two items of clothing. One item took 4 days before I received an email saying it was on its way. 6 days later, tracking shows it still hasn't been picked up by a carrier, let alone left the warehouse. The other item of clothing hasn't even been processed after 7 days.

After reading a mass of terrible online reviews about their clothing quality, sizing and customer service, I tried to call the US number on their website, which couldn't be connected. I also emailed them and requested my order to be cancelled (as nothing has left China yet, and god knows when it is likely to). After 3 email attempts, I finally got an automated reply with a link to their returns policy (which doesn't apply to me as I haven't received my unsent order as yet). Part of that policy indicates that all return shipping is at the customer's expense, and only a partial 50% refund will be available (you know, to account for 'handling, restocking', etc). I sent another two emails requesting the order to be cancelled for a full refund, but they keep sending back the same automated returns policy email.

I wish I had just purchased from an Australian store instead. The prices offered by Tactical World Store looked great, but if it walks and quacks like a duck....

UPDATED: After raising a claim against the seller via PayPal, they amazingly got in contact via email and cancelled the order, issuing a full refund!

I ordered from tactical world store and still haven't got my order it's been well over a month. There not in Australia so don't be fooled and there email doesn't work and I'm not calling America. It's a scam they only have 1 star reviews, I should've looked into them before my purchase

They don't sell the sizes listed on their website (leg and waist sizes) - just generic sizes like S,M and L. Ordered thinking the .au meant they were Australian. They're not. Based in the US but ships from China. Ordered the size to match their sizing chart, 94L became XL. 4 pairs of pants, one is miles too big, two are too small and one fits but is too long in the top to be able to sit where it needs and instead your thighs are touching each other. 2nd slowest delivery of a product & the sizing is stupidly inaccurate. using their sizing chart I bought a large which is normally my size in US measurements. this was way too small, didnt have time to return so I bought an XL. this is still too small. Cheated – The worst quality manufactured garbage, they didn't even refund me the full amount. I will never think about such scammers again, the product does not match the photos and description!!! big GARBAGE, DO NOT BUY, YOU WILL BE CHEATED!

Buyer beware! – Ordered an item took 9 weeks to deliver. Canned responses that didn't relate to my issue and didn't address the issue. When the goods finally arrived it wasn't anything like what i ordered, the quality is poor and cheap, they pretend to be Aussie abut are out of China. the product 68$ the shipping to return was 26$ and the kicker, they only refunded 48$ with their reasoning being restock fees.

This means my refund of a poor quality product was 22$, this company has a knack for making you feel like a schmuck.

Don’t buy anything from this company – Ordered 12 garments and every one was sent in the incorrect size. Alerted them immediately then followed up multiple times all via email. Not one reply. Very small sizing and ZERO customer service – Size 42" pants ordered. A pair of XXL (Chinese size) arrived. Way to small and are a tight fit for a 36". There site gives sizing and a 4XL should have been sent. They then offered me a 20% discount followed by a 30% discount after I refused to just keep the pants. They have now just stopped replying to any emails as I want to return the pants. I'll never buy another thing from them.

were sent XL when I had ordered a size medium. I sent them tons of emails on the return/refund policy and they never bothered to respond back. I tried calling the number listed on their site (+86 187 1780 3561) and I get a prompt that the number doesn't exist, or even at times when I manage to get through the line - no one picks the call. A sham I must say and would sincerely advice you to not buy anything from here.
