Buyer beware - you may not get your product – It is now the 22/12 and still waiting for a item ordered on the 12/11. No one can help and buck is being passed to Australia Post which is interesting given ALL other parcels have arrived even with Covid postage delays. Next stop Fair Trading.

Don’t buy from here – Don’t buy online from this company. Tracking information they email doesn’t work and they don’t respond to emails! Very frustrating.

Poor experience in express shipping – I bought the new shirt in express shipping which is advertised for delivery in 1-2 business days but after placing the order it took then 1 day to start the delivery process & it is being delivered tome after 4 working days. So in total 5 working days taken for them to deliver using the express shipping which is pathetic. What is more pathetic is i cant give negative feedback on it in their website as they wont approve it.

Non existent customer service – I would give them zero stars. They advertise that online orders should be delivered within 3-5 business days , however I'm waiting for 16 days for my order to arrive. No tracking information available . No one answers my phone call and no response to the emails sent. Scumbags.

Purchase of jacket – After searching for several weeks to buy my hubby a jacket I finally phoned Tarocash and could not believe just how fantastic they were. They definitely went the "extra mile" to help me. The jacket I wanted was not available on line so they eventually found one for me, gave it to me at the sale price and it was delivered on time as promised. Worst brand. Overrated in terms of quality – The quality of product is worst and cheap, only made to look eye pleasing at first. Over time the colour and the quality deteriorates way quicker than expected. Never recommend Tarocash. Show details

Fast and Just as Advertised – I purchased a jacket and shoes online as part of a Tarocash Sale, the products were good quality, fit just as advertised in the sizing guide and were posted to me very promptly.
