I bought a $110 tuxedo shirt at the Frankston shop. When I got home I saw it had already been worn. It had a small spot on the front and the collar was very dirty. It was probably a hire shirt. I had taken the tags off so too late to return it. Don't buy from these guys. They obviously have no conscience about selling used clothing.

Terrible service! Tailoring was done incorrectly. Suit could not be used. Tailoring was delayed and was returned the day before event. Had to purchase another suit. Asked to deliver a suit between stores and this was delayed and lost. Just terrible Show details

Saturday 10th January at the Helensvale shopping centre. Staff, name starting with "B", clearly didn't want to be there. No greetings in an empty shop, other then him and I. for the question but apparently he had done the transaction so couldn't revert when I questioned. I asked if he was supposed to ask me about my membership. He said that he didn't have to. He was very rude about it. Surely, the membership works for the consumer as well as the business.

Staff member at Karrinyup store was super helpful and friendly. He assisted me in purchasing a pair of shoes for my son. He had knowledge of the products and made the choice very easy for me. Show details

Outstanding Service! – Calling out the exceptional customer service provided by the manager (I think her name was Christine) at the DFO site in Rhodes/Lidcombe. The manager went out of her way to help me find a suite for my hot date and made me feel like a superstar! Customer service was excellent but I was sold a suit that frayed and had deteriorating stitching after wearing it once for two hours! The quality of these suits are atrocious and they are criminally overpriced. Also, it is advertised as "wool" but is only the shell is 50% wool, the lining and everything esle is cheap polyester. Terrible customer service. Bought a pair of faulty pants and they refused to exchange them. They even called all other branches to be sure I couldn't exchange them for a non faulty item. Their products are definitely overpriced for what they are and their price. Show details

alternated the jacket arm that was to to be the same length as the arm that was too short, so now I have 2 arms too short, so they remeasure and send off again, the jacket comes back and they've made the now short arm that was ok to be the length it was before so now I'm back to 1 arm slightly too short and 1 ok, now they want to charge for more alterations, the cheek of it.

Misleading – I was attracted to the signs 50 o/o OFF. Only to be disappointed at check out to then discover only if I buy one full price at $90 then did I receive the adverised discount on a second shirt. N signs in store indicated this to me. I find this rather covert, misleading and disappointing.

The shop assistant was socialising with a customer (well after the transaction) which is fine under certain circumstances but not when another customer is waiting and there is only one staff member. Not a good experience – Customer service is very poor, cloth was different to what I tried on in store, cloth was dirty and had a hole in it, it was obviously bee worn by someone else

Poor customer service – Service not good enough. wen’t to purchase a pair of pants however the same pants were marked at 2 different prices in store. Store wouldn’t honour the lower price. Went to another store and the same pants were even more expensive

Iron Free?? – Bought 2 work shirts as the Boxing Day sale got me. They were "iron free".... I've been ironing all my work clothes for years, these are the worst shirts ever, even if you wash and hang up straight away it had permanent creases. This was the sam problem with their quality years ago. Never again will I buy shirts from here. On a side note, the store worker was very helpful and friendly. Show details

Great Customer service – Having shopped at tarocash for years , there is one thing that has not changed . It’s the service!! I don’t know why but no matter if I’m in Epping plaza , high point , Craigieburn stores the service is always great very helpful and consistent. Beware - over charged at checkout for advertised suit deal! – Purchased the $249.99 suit deal along with three other items, total amount should have been $400 even, instead I was charge $408.65. When I questioned the $8.65, the cashier disclosed that the calculation for the suit deal was a computer error! I was promptly reimbursed! Amazing customer service – Took my son to Taro Cash at Brisbane Airport DFO to buy clothes for his first corporate job. Tash went above and beyond to have him looking a million dollars. Excelent Customer Service – Today we went to the Hurstville Tarocash store to buy a shirt for a gift, Gabby, the only staff member working acknowledged every single customer that walked into her store and was extremely helpfull! Buyer beware - you may not get your product – It is now the 22/12 and still waiting for a item ordered on the 12/11. No one can help and buck is being passed to Australia Post which is interesting given ALL other parcels have arrived even with Covid postage delays. Next stop Fair Trading.
