Very disappointed with my $155 tastebuds package to my son for xmas. Lucky if there was $30 worth of products. I also sent one to my brother interstate. I am embarrassed to ask him if he liked it. I will never use this company again and I will tell all my friends how dusgusting my sons package was.

Not happy at all, ordered from qld with a 2 day later delivery, but 4 days later still not delivered, so l cancelled after 2 days as was an anniversary gift, after many emails(no response) and a few phone calls, managed to get someone who said yes l could cancel order and assured it was now cancelled, only today to receive notice it's on the way… Read more

I’d give 0 stars but even that is more than they deserve. company, my repeated attempts to contact someone across different points of contact were completely ignored. My money was taken & I was issued a tracking number that wasn’t recognized by the courier. Despite the company’s own posted policy that if you order by a certain time it will go out the next business day - that’s complete lie. My order sat for a full day & a half before it was even handed to the courier.

There are plenty of other businesses that do the exact same business as them; same yourself the time, money & peace of mind & order elsewhere.

Very unhappy with my hamper as there were five items missing. I have contacted customer services numerous times but not had a single reply . The hamper itself was ok at best with most products looking considerably smaller than the photos . I suggest you read all their reviews and then buy elsewhere.

was closed she said, “You asked about the goulash”. When she’d said the kitchen was closed it sounded final and she didn’t give any other options. Otherwise we’d have happily ordered chips. She should have told us what they could do. The soup was probably still hot anyway. Just petty rule following. She should have told us what we could have, rather than saying the kitchen’s closed and providing no further information. Nor was there any apology. We’ve been regulars for 16 years and while the food is good, the service lets the place down.

Terrible unknowledgeable customer service. Ordered a hamper with a specific date to be delivered and they delivered birthday gift 1 day early and tried to blame the courier. I phone the courier who said no date instructions were stated on the order even though i phoned tastebuds the night before who said they did- Never using this incompetent business again I wish i had read the reviews prior to ordering

actually for her. The reason we write messages on cards is so the recipient can keep the card. When it contains personal information intended for someone else, its not great. Email was sent to Tastebuds and the usual excuses were received. 'We hope to offer better service in the future'. TIP- for Tastebuds, don't say you will improve, just improve. You ruined this experience for myself and the recipient, not to mention the poor lass who will receive my card in her chocolates. Not to mention, the poor person who sent the gift, who will never receive a thank you.

Very helpful and efficient – Extremely helpful staff who were understanding when I provided the wrong address when ordering. They corrected it swiftly with no issues and had it delivered to Tasmania the next day. Pretty impressive. Prices are also more reasonable than some other similar suppliers. Have used Tastebuds before and certainly will again!

unlikely considering the $160+ I spent. 6 days after the fact they requested images to confirm what was received... I informed them that my 80 year old father who has MS and is in a wheelchair is not of the generation that takes pictures of everything and that this had been consumed over his birthday weekend celebrations except for the white wine that he gave to an elderly friend. They have basically written off my complaints due to not having pictures while not taking any responsibility and keeping my money. I have put in a complaint to the ACCC and would never use this company again and would recommend others steer clear of them...

Delivery not on the date requested – I made a Valentines purchase and selected a specific date for delivery - Valentines Day, they delivered it the day before and it was just left at the door of my partners work. No remorse. Totally ruined the whole surprise and reason behind a Valentines gift. Don’t have a specific delivery date option if you can’t carry it through. Very bad business.

Awesome gift idea – Tastebuds offer a range of different options and the pack I chose for my husband I was really happy with. He loved it and I had the option of a card and a cute balloon which was all packed neatly in the delivery box. I suggest checking your junk for confirmation emails as I thought I didn’t receive one and was worried but it turned out I never checked my junk email. Thanks again I highly recommend:)

Deadset woeful – What I ordered and what arrived certainly didn’t look the same. It arrived in a plain brown pot, and minus the ribbon with a written birthday message on it. We had to go to the reject shop, but some gold wrapping paper and our own ribbon to pretty it up. Very disappointed to say the least. Worst $69 (delivery included) i have ever spent.
