Do NOT purchase this product!! – Please do not buy this! It is a scam! My shipment went to the wrong address and they would not cancel my initial order upon request right after buying it and responded back days later saying it’s been shipped. They ended up saying to refuse the order that was sipped to the wrong address which was impossible! They gave me a 50%credit back. Fraudulent scam! Reported this to the BBB!

my replacements were delivered. Support even showed me the tracking #. Only thing was, they delivered it to the wrong address. When I sent them an email sharing this and the notification that they in fact had my new address, I was told...the company would make the correction and send me my replacements.

So why the 1 star...because the very next day I receive an email telling me that I waited too long and that it was my responsibility to send them all the original packaging and receipt. I informed support this was unacceptable. How does a company make a mistake, offer to correct the mistake and then tell me...whoops. Our bad and we don't intend to honor our agreement with you.

expected a full return. I emailed the delivery tracking certificate to the company and they finally issued a partial refund. Random, but they left off $5 with no explanation other a copy of their return policy (that doesn’t address why I wasn’t issued a dull refund) I guess it was their cunning way of saying that a customer will have to also pay tatbrow back for the initial “free” shipping plus the cost (gas & time) we pay to ship back! $5 is not the issue, I just spent way too much time to get duped again. Love these pens!!! – I have alopecia and don’t have eyebrows. I had eyebrows tattooed, several times, many years ago, that have faded quite. I have used the Tatbrow pens for a couple of years now. They are easy to use and are a much more natural look than the pencils I had been using. Show details

Terrible scam. Long delivery from China! – Ordered Jan 12. Did not arrive until first week of February. Bought 2 pens and they are horrible. The felt tips just leak pale ink. SCAM! – Paid for product on December 4. Still not delivered to me on January 30. At first they said there was an error with my order and that they’ll reship it. I have followed up to see the status of the order, but I’m not getting any answers. Completely a rip off!!!! Note: Product is coming from China while advertisements say US.

What even – I bought two colours, the blonde is darker than the brown. Would work for people with no eyebrow hair, the pen just will not work over eyebrow hair, as soon as it hits the hair the ink does not go onto your skin. Definitely does not look like micro blade strokes :/

Awful customer service and product – Awful! They took 3 weeks in the shipment! When I alerted them their CS people were the worst and basically ignored me. There’s many comparable products out there that are much better than this with better service as well. Don’t waste your $$

Doesn't work like stated – I received the TatBrow and tried it out. First of all I probably ordered the wrong color. But, more importantly, the pen did not look like separate lines. It pretty much covered like most other brow pens. I didn't like it and won't be using it again.

Finally a refund!! – Just as I had totally given up ever receiving this product - ordered in October - I asked for a full refund and had to threaten them with advising the Chinese Embassy! Feel scammed !! – Can’t believe I fell for Instagram advert. I ordered dark brown which I have experience using in 1000hr tint, mascaras, etc. The colour is chestnut brown, & orange on average olive skin tone. The ink isn’t generous, & feather stroke absolutely nothing like the advert. AND waited 3 weeks for this useless tool.

Tatbrow - blonde—dont buy – I received the blonde Tatbrow today and I was so disappointed. The colour is copper. Blonde is a variation of the colour..."burnt umber" not orange copper.
