Just recently (June 2024) I have needed to use Bluetooth head phones. Is it possible to have sound on both the head phone and speaker at the same time? So far I can have the head phones working or the speaker.

My TV has suddenly gone very "red" colour. I can't find any "colour/brightness controls. All I have is Picture / Picture preset / then choose either Sport / Dynamic/ movie etc option. Can you please advise where I find the colour controls - cheers Alan

Get in touch with tcl support have a flash drive ready. They will give you an update to download once done should be fine

Call up tcl customer service they’re really good. They will send you a system update. You will need a usb flash drive to take it off a computer and install it on your tv. But that might fix your problem. Customer service is very good

My in-laws visited and now my home page button only results in a black screen. So I no longer have the option for scrolling up and down through streaming services etc. do I need to factory reset some how or is there a button on the remote for get the home page working?

Sorry for delay in response Carley.... I can't quite fathom what the issue is and I am not a Technician, so you will have to forgive me for my inadequacy in solving your problem. All I can say is, try contact with TCL (their contact details are in the User Guide Brochure). They will answer the your call and place you with a Technician. If he can't help they will organise a Service Call or Replacement Part, depending on Warranty. It worked for me with my issues, but it is not a quick process. Regards from BOBBY

My TV shuts down automatically when it was in source selection page for sometime. (something like auto-shut down of computer screen when it is idle for some time). after that TV does not turns on; actually it gives sounds but no pictures. please advise to fix this problem.

Janaka and others, you will need to contact TCL if your set is still within the Warranty Period. TCL will then contact their Service Agent in your Area. TCL will provide the Service Agent with a Works Order number and then the Service Agent will contact you to organise repairs, either at your home or most likely, at their Workshop. This process may take up to a week before you will hear back from the Service Agent, but TCL will most definately honour the Warranty. If out of Warranty, just ring your nearest TCL Service Agent....you will need to pay, but this problem as described seems to relate to a Main Board Replacement issue.......hope this helps....Bobby.

Hi Fiona ... I really can't assist with that one Fiona, because I've never tried it myself, BUT, if you leave your TV on stand-by (which is "power - off" and the screen goes black), but do not press the remote that one step further by pressing again, which makes the "red stand-by light turn off", I would assume you get the same option as "sleep". Be careful when playing around with these TCL televisions, because if you have read my last product review, I accidentally switched on the " restricted viewing mode", which caused me a whole world of trouble... The options are very sensitive and we tend to want to press remote buttons before the signals are actually actioned in the TV. I can say this though - TCL eventually rectified my issues via the local servicing agent near where I live, but it took about 3 weeks from go to whoa!.... hope this helps! ROB.
