VerifiedAfter switching off the TV, the screen went its usual black,the quickly returned to a dark blue/grey and won't move from this position. No sound no picture. Batteries checked and OK.any advice would be appreciated, the TV is 3years and 5 months old.

TCL 43p715 i m facing problem form this tV that screen got off automatically for 3-4 second after some time. Please advise?
Try and get a warranty return... they give 3 years warranty. I had similar issues. It doesn't load menu or apps. Sometimes crashes in the middle of the program.
