guys both said they rate Teco v highly and one of the best value for money aircon units. After care is very important to me hence one of the reasons why I’m giving Teco a great review. I’ll also mention that all the houses in my street had Teco aircon units installed and everyone I speak to seem happy with their units. Thank you Teco!

Brilliant air-conditioning unit never had a days trouble with it – A Titan among air-conditioning units handles any heatwaves magnificently could not be happier and have had ours now for 7 years without missing a beat! Teco fridge freezer – Bought this teco bargain 42 months ago . Mechanic just told me that it's U/S . No bargain than just cheap and nasty 1000 dollar's worth Think before you buy what you think is a bargain . heater takes a long time to warm up(over 5 mins), company says it's 'normal' – Cooling is great, no issue, heating is bad, took over 5 minutes for hot air to start coming out. We called the service providers, they sent a person to check our air con because we told them there's no hot air. charged us $140 because "there was no issue with the aircon. we made them come for nothing". Never had used an aircon that takes more than 2 minutes for hot air to come out.

Parts can't be replaced – I brought 2x teco aircon units. 1 for the bedroom and 1 for the lounge. It's not like I use them a lot and they still broke down. The parts can't be replaced and i tried tec guys to repair the sensors/receivers and the units can't be repaired, so now they're useless. I won't buy teco again ever.  Show details

it going said its quite common for fuse to blow when a power short doubt believe local repairmen the company that owns the machine will never say is broken if it isn't because firstly the repair guy works for the company & not for his self & secondly why would they degrade there own product. teco inverter split system – Terrible, would not recommend to any one, purchased two system in 2005 have only ever had one winter with no problems warranty slow.have had compressor replaced twice one whole unit replaced,but every time it get cold, so do we as our teco's through in the towel and wont work.couldn't recommend any teco system to anyone.

Terrible – Do not recommend Teco products to anyone, the local Teco service team cannot care less about my problem here in Perth. Have been waiting for them for two weeks and no reply. I am sitting here with an air con that can't be used. Better off go for some other well known brands. bought this unit brand new, after it has been installed we discovered there is no gas inside the compressor...

Good – good unit, service department was very helpful with questions i asked. Will wait untill winter to see what it is like on heating cools very well, have not had it yet for winter but looking foward to it indoor fan is a bit noisy

Great System!!!! – It's been really great It keeps the family warm in Winter and cool in Summer I haven't experienced any problems with it It's reliable and works well

Cheap price, cheap quality – Worked for 20months then died, service guy came out and took a long time to fix - never seen this problem before etc, problem re-occurred just out of warranty and now not worth fixing. Bottom line, Don't buy Teco. Price Incompetant service people, bad product

Terrible – Never ever ever again, better off throwing your money in the wind. Going to consumer affairs. I have an LG air con which i have never had problems with ever. Terrible – Have phoned teco on 7th, 14th, 21st nov 2008. Also 1st dec. Looking for air con service. A lot of excuses and lies. Told someone would be in touch with in 3 days. Also told some one had spoken to us this morning. They in dispute with contractors in Townsville and will not be out til Mid January 2009. Not good with 30 to 35 degree heat daily. Would not use Teco ever again absolutely no customer service what so ever
