Do not bother buying from Teepublic. I ordered 4 xmas gifts on the 4th Dec 2025, today is the 23rd of December and my items are not even in transit! I paid $136 for this order and they have clearly disappeared. I now have to find 4 alternative gifts and spend more money. The customer service is an absolute joke. They ask repeatedly for tracking… Read more
numbers even though the only 2 numbers I have been given have been provided and I have forwared them my email from their company. Do NOT buy from this company, it's a joke.
I placed an order on November 30th for a Christmas gift, even paid express delivery to guarantee I would receive my parcel before Christmas. Shortly after I placed my order I received my tracking number which showed my parcel details had been received, the expected delivery date was December 15th. It never came so I contacted TeePublic and they… Read more
offered to re-post it. I was meant to receive new tracking details, it is now January 4th and I still have not received any new postage details or my parcel. I contacted customer service again and received the exact same email I got almost a month ago with the only offer of re sending my parcel to a different address. Now I’m chasing a refund and won’t purchase from here again.
Ordered a bunch of shirts for the kids. One shirt came with print quality issues - tee public were excellent in sending a replacement immediately with fast shipping. Customer service has been excellent and the shirts are good for the price Show details
Don't order more than one I have made three orders through this company and when the t-shirts shipped from Australia it was great. They were fast. The quality isn't great but then again they're cheap. However, I put an order through nearly a week ago. I got an email message a day later telling me that the products had shipped and I would be seeing… Read more
them soon. It also included a link for tracking which unfortunately hasn't updated and states that it hasn't shipped at all. No one even has it so someone's telling lies. Either it has shipped or it hasn't. It can't be both and unfortunately they aren't answering any of my emails to support which included an email telling me they hadn't seen me for a while the next day after my order was put through. So something is clearly going wrong and unfortunately it had to be the order I put through of five t-shirts. So just beware, I am unsure if I will receive these t-shirts. They are being shipped from America and I have conflicting information and the company themselves are not responding. It kind of speaks volumes to the fact that I'm going to have a s*** fight getting my money back. But I won't be ordering through this company again. Even though I have been impressed with the first two orders of single t-shirts. It seems the minute you put through big money. You get big problems. And if it's shipping from the United states, close your browser. Move on to a local supplier
See through, poor quality fabric. Not even worth wearing once. Very disappointing and it cost $58!
Ordered a Tee on Sunday, received it Thursday. Measured for correct sizing but it’s tight. A quick email and a reply straight back. They are sending me another in a larger size, no obligation . Now that’s Amazing customer service. Thank you. Show details
Thinking of trying ‘Print on Demand’ (POD), think very wisely about who you choose. After doing a mountain of research and studying tutorials I decided that I would try POD as a side line business. I took a lot of advice from the internet and… Read more
although not fully convinced at that time, decided to go with Teepublic. There were both good and bad reports that previous customers had reported online about this company. One of the bad reports was that they are very choosy about who they decide to promote through their search engines once you have submitted your work. Apparently you can sit on the sidelines with hardly any results from SEO for years, resulting in very slow or no business at all. I realised from the start that my work (images I produced for T-shirts etc.), had to be original, attractive, appealing to the current market, rightly priced, with a good looking and well attended store front; But most of all, I knew from the start that they had to be free of any trademark and copyright breaches. So I signed up with a number of sites to aid me with keeping legal, i.e. checking for trademark breeches in word and image. For these privileges I pay a monthly fee to all of the sites. So imagine my surprise and concern when after submitting one batch of images I received a ‘Red’ notice from Teepublic telling me that one of my images was being checked for breaches of copyright. I didn’t think that it would be of great concern as I have every single license number for every single image that I have permission to use commercially. How wrong could I be? I received an email telling me that due to a copyright breach my account has been ‘deleted’. Now remember, I have every license number for every image that I use, so you can understand why I was confused about this decision. Anyway, to cut a long story short, I cannot continue to use the site after spending days and weeks preparing and submitting images for production. Just on a whim they have deleted my account. It would have been much fairer if they had contacted me to inform me that they think I have committed a breach and how I could rectify it; But no, it’s just a straight ban after all the hours that I spent working on their site. Now, I know for sure that the image in question had not committed a breach, because I have a license number to use it commercially, issued by a bona fide vector and image company. So is it just arrogance on their part, feeling power crazy? Or do they not fully understand breaches of copyright themselves? Either way, if you are just starting out in this side line venture, please do yourself a huge favor and avoid ‘Teepublic’ like you would avoid the plague. I found them to be dishonest, untrustworthy, unknowledgeable, and very arrogant. There are a few other companies that would be glad of your contribution to their POD schemes. You have been warned!
Follow-up · Since my last post I have received no response from Teepublic. In answer to the queries that I have received from interested entrepreneurs; 1/ The image that was the subject of the ban was of a famous American football team's logo, but it was changed enough to not cause concern about breach of copyright and concentrated just on the subject, not… Read more
One of the best online experiences.. I ordered several shirts and was happy with all apart from one, with a degraded image. The measures taken by TeePublic to address my concerns were outstanding. I was able to quickly resolve the problem and receive a replacement item at no additional expense for me. Will use again. Show details
Very pleased with service. Easy to use ordering. Arrived on time and well packed. Very pleased with what I ordered. Well done. Show details
I placed an order with TeePublic and they took almost $100 more than the amount I had agreed to pay. I’ve been trying to contact them I can’t. The goods haven’t been packed and definitely not shipped and I don’t know what else to do. I’ve contacted my bank and I tried to contact TeePublic. My bank is investigating. Wish me luck I think I’m going… Read more
to need some. I definitely won’t be ordering or recommending this company again I won’t recommend it to anyone at all.
Depicting violence against women – This company produces t- shirts depicting violence against women. They should not be allowed to do this! Show details
Save your money – I ordered 3 shirts for over $100 with shipping. The sizes are weird, one of them is a lot smaller than the other two but all XL. The material is so, so thin. Haven’t even worn them yet, I don’t even think they’ll last the first wash before wearing them! I was expecting pretty decent quality. You get better quality at Temu! I don’t understand all the great reviews! Show details

Porn themed babies clothing – Teen public is selling porn themed babies and children's clothing! It's so disgusting. Also selling shirts promoting violence against women. Show details
Prints don't last long – I ordered a few t-shirts from here as I loved the variety of designs and there was a sale on, so it seemed good value. Unfortunately I found that the designs on the t-shirts wash off within a few months, so I wouldn't buy from this company again as they look too worn out and old to wear in public already. no complaints – Ordered printed T for birthday gift. Paid extra on postage for quick delivery. Arrived within 5 days..I live in country! so 5 days is excellent. Tee shirt soft cotton, colour as pic. Print good not too rubbery and good detail. Altogether happy..thankyou! Show details
Great designs, not so great service for women! – I've ordered from TeePublic a few times now. The designs are brilliant and the t shirts are soft and good quality, but the shopping experience is a bit painful. I don't know what has happened with the ladies' t shirts, as there used to be photos showing how multiple different women looked in different t shirt sizes, but these have all… Read more
disappeared. The men's photos are still there. The sizing guidance is bizarre - who measures themselves for a t shirt across the front only - wouldn't you normally measure all the way around the body, like for a bra? Also, when you look at t shirt designs through the default setting (men), there are usually about 30 colour options - then more than a third of them disappear if you select a woman's t shirt!
Terrible quality – Do NOT buy from these guys, the quality of t-shirt is second rate, at best. Cheap as/ thin material, differing sizes for the same sized t-shirt. Show details
Terrible crap material quality. Cotton? Yeah right. Also website doesn't tell you it's in US DOLLARS BEFORE YOU PAY – Horrible material. $83 for a shirt that has no quality. This website is a sham. Show details
Prolific spammer – Spams me once i paid for my purchase, and I recalled specifically that I avoided ticking the box for marketing/spams. Unethical.
Shop in Hiding – This is a review from an artists perspective for TeePublic which is a Print on Demand website. TeePublic is promoted as a one stop shop type arrangement where the artist uploads work or designs and TeePublic do the rest. The upload process is great and very quick. You don't set prices, they do. Sadly TeePublic don't allow all work to be seen or… Read more
promoted. Therefore if your work is not promoted or easily found your sales will be very minimal. Even though the upload process is great people can't find your work, it's a waste of time.
