I'm with Not Convinced – My husband bought me this mixer and I have the same issue with uneven mixing and the blades not scraping the bottom or sides of the bowl. Not a very well designed appliance. A pretty addition to my kitchen landscape but it is easier to use my hand beaters for mixing. No more online purchasing without checking it physically first. colour is pretty bad design
Not convinced – I bought this recently and I cant get it to mix the botton centimetre of the mix at the bottom of the bowl. I dont know if its just me. It does look amazing and has awesome attachments...Im hoping its just teething problems! I have been a devotee of the handmixer all my life and thought it was time to get a "Real" mixer... I am having the same problem. Rang Tefal Australia customer service and the paddle should touch the bottom of bowl when mixing. Mine isn't , hence not creaming. Advised to take back and swap over. Other than that very happy with it

I bought this mixer also and find that it doesn't really cream butter and sugar properly unless I stop machine all the time the scrape mixture together other wise the bottom doesn't get mixed - Has anyone got any ideas to stop this...
