Wouldn't recommend – Didn't work for me. I have neck pain and using the pillow for the first night was quite uncomfortable and the foam didn't mould around my head. Too high. Unfortunately, pillows are personal items that can't be returned.

Thanks for the reply. I am not confident that would be the case as I felt pain and discomfort sleeping one night with it. The duck feather pillow I had previously didn’t require this adjustment period at all.
no good if you roll over in your sleep – im very disappionted, have tred a number of pillows and was told you get what you pay for so save up and ,paid high price end up more expence then paying for the pillow have been suffering with a stiff next neck for the past 3 days.

With new TEMPUR pillows, no matter what type of pillow you opt for, there is likely to be a period of adjustment as you get used to the way it feels.
With the Ergonomic pillow collection, there will be a period of adjustment where you will need to allow for the cells within the TEMPUR material to open fully. Over time these cells open in response to body heat to allow for a softer feel.
