My chiro recommended I get a pillow of this style for chronic neck pain and headaches. What I purchased was not what I received. As others have experienced, I thought I was purchasing from an Australian company as per their shipping info.. I paid for express post shipping but it took a full week. Pillow was stuffed into a small cylinder and even though it's been unwrapped and on the clothes airer for 3 days now it is still an unusable mess.

So disappointed. I purchased a shower head filter and payed for express shipping but delivery took a long time. The product was faulty. I've sent numerous emails, sending photos and a video but customer service just keeps asking me for more information, which I have already explained. The vibration machine doesn’t work. Doesn’t help the the courier driver threw it over the fence. Despite many emails I am not getting a response for how to return for refund. Poor customer service.

ORIGINAL REVIEW "Absolute scam company with clearly an overseas template response customer service centre. Their pillows are absolute junk, mangled , mis-shaped, never bounced back from packaging so suspect not even memory foam. So thin as to be utterly useless for a pillow and likely to cause further injury. Their reviews on their website must be fake or ai generated. In breach of Australian consumer law for a faulty product they expect the return shipping to be covered by the customer. Infuriating responses by customer services not even reading what you write, after for photos after already sending them, asking if I will accept a 30% refund when I already said no, wasting my life away getting nowhere with them. Absolute red flag warning company, never deal with these people, the whole thing is a junk scam from China packaged as "wellness products".

This is a scam! I got a filtered plastic shower head. When I questioned this, I was told that the ionic shower head product on the site is the same as the product I received but there were no features that were described, it was plastic, and does not in any way resemble the pictures portrayed on the site. I Would never recommend this business.

A genuinely cr#p online experience - false advertising, cr#p, low quality product.

We bought a 600 dollars wheelchair and receive a 200 dollars one, poor quality not even similar enough. They don’t reply messages and no refunding.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I purchased a cutting board only to have it arrive severely scratched and stained. Upon contacting support, they offered me a refund based on me shipping it back to them at my own cost ($22!) only for them to not provide a refund after reciveing the item, which I know they recived according to tracking. They then fought with my bank over a period of four months to deny my chargeback.

Do not buy from this company...The ergonomic pillow is a cheap pillow and shipped from China...It takes weeks to arrive and is full of cheap FLUFF not memory foam...I was told to unzip it and remove the stuffing to make the pillow softer but then the ZIP BROKE...I was told there was a 90 day money back guarantee yet when I sent photos of my broken… Read more

zip they offered a partial refund and said I could keep the pillow... Absolute JOKE...They also expected me to send the pillow back at my own expense when I refused the first offer of partial refund...They wanted to inspect the broken zip before refund...I refused and demanded a refund and eventual got the full refund...Do not buy from this company !!!

The support pillows I ordered have NO support. It's very flat and thin compared to the website picture/description and extremely disappointing!

They have really low quality products and not worth the money paid. Tracking number does not work. I ordered multiple items from them. I got sent a cheap knock off version of the chair they had advertised (photos attached). The chair they sent is so uncomfortable, especially the hard mesh base instead of the soft cushioned one as pictured. It is highly illegal to send something other than the product displayed, and consumer law states they must provide a full refund including covering the cost of return, and whilst I will be contacting consumer affairs to take the matter further I’m writing this to warn others before you buy from this company!

policy, the company has ignored two separate emails containing photo evidence of the damage.

Despite their advertised 90-day refund policy, their lack of response and the absence of a return address on their website has made it impossible to exercise my consumer rights.

I have emailed them for a third time today and if no response will be taking it further with the Dept Of Consumer Affairs and will also approach my bank.

Do not purchase from a website if they don't have a proper contact number or address.

This business should be shut down. I am glad I didn’t pay full price for this.
