from old copper pipes turn up on my door step that were shipped from India! Hence the length of time it took to get to my place! Now I dont mind that if that was what I paid for and what I wanted and what was stated on their website. Instead I paid $127.29 for two bottles that were a claimed 1000ml in size (they're about 890ml) and supposed to be shipped in 1-3 days as claimed on their website when you pay extra of course to have that "express" shipping and the price of the two of them I wouldve expected a shed ton better then this very poor quality pieces of trash that turned up a month later! Also for a bit of a kick in the teeth, these guys "are a small family run company that can only email once a week" and so to get anything out of them takes that long and then if you email them straight back you have to wait another week to get a reply! And even then its the standard "well we're sorry to hear that, our manufacturers do their best and were a small family run company" basically just a brush off because they've already stated the week turn around email nonsense. Basically go and buy products from anywhere else apart from this rip off place!
They are very very bad at everything they do. Regardless of what they are charging and what they are claiming. If I could go and "see them" in person, I think I could sort out my problem but the least I could do for now is warn everysingle other person to stay very well clear of this shoddy place and go anywhere else around. wish. This is bull. I got a gueen size flat grounding sheet which only covered the top of the bed, hopeless for using in the conventional way. I haven't bothered trying the mat as both products were drop shipped from a warehouse in Sydney and made in china. As soon as I saw the sheet wasn't as expected or portrayed I contacted Terra Wellness for a refund. I only got a automatic email. I responded to the email. Again only an automatic email. Weeks went by with no contact so I sent another email saying I was going to review them and maybe go to the ACCC. Then I got a response offering me either a partial refund or total. I answered total please, no response. I am still waiting for one. I will not send the product back till I have a return number and they refuse to respond to me so I guess I am another one they have conned. DO NOT TRUST OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. the 11th April I attempted to call the mobile number on the site and left a message but got no response. A subsequent email asking for an update got a response that they had no stock of the red machine ordered but could supply in black or gold. I responded I would take the black and received a shipping notice the next day. The item had allegedly been sent via PF Logistics (check their reviews to see what a poor reputation they have) ex Sydney and according to their tracking arrived in their Adelaide warehouse 4 days later. A week later, when the parcel had not been delivered, I attempted to contact PF Logistics on their listed phone number to no avail. I then emailed them and was assured they would look into the whereabouts of the parcel, however they did not reply with an update. Eventually, on the 27th April, the package was delivered. When I opened the package, I found that the machine delivered was not an Everfit brand machine. The machine appears to work as advertised, so far, so I will not be returning it. However, the poor communication, pathetically slow delivery, and deceptive information about delivery times and branding on the Terra Wellness website has led me to conclude that this is a shoddy outfit at best and one I will not be dealing with again.
