was on lunch. We then overheard a staff member remark that our wait didn't matter because we had already rescheduled twice. ([Name Removed]) When the pharmacist arrived, (a younger man who didn’t give us his name) he advised he was unfamiliar with the vaccine and spent around 20 minutes researching it before providing information that was incorrect. He stated we would require three doses rather than two, (only correct for immunocompromised people which we are not) then incorrectly advised we would not be protected in time for travel (we would be 2 weeks post dose 2 which WAS within our timeframe), and suggested the vaccination was largely a waste of money. Given the time-sensitive nature of the vaccination schedule, receiving incorrect advice could have put our travel plans at risk as we are now going to be past the timeframe for vaccination . I left feeling very uncomfortable with the level of knowledge and confidence shown regarding a specialised travel vaccine. We had previously received vaccinations through another TerryWhite Chemmart (BRI in Caloundra) pharmacist who was excellent, however based on this experience I would not recommend this store for travel vaccinations or even general pharmacy.

I attended the Terry White Chemist at Colonnades today and asked if they would price match with a product on the chemist warehouse website. They told me they don’t do that anymore, so I took my scripts and I will not be shopping there anymore. They were curt in their reply and said they have not done that in 6 months. Lost my business of $1,000 for the sake of a $20 price match!

good selection and great service, offering nurse service and injections. Good product advice, parking and no long wait times. Other pharmacies in the area refused the injection service but they checked and did it.

Terrific service by Kathy at Burpengary, QLD who went out of her way to obtain an “out of stock” medication and was so helpful and cheerful whilst doing this. A pleasant surprise to receive such old fashioned enthusiasm to help and very much appreciated. Show details

The reason I left Chemist Warehouse for Terry White was the indifferent service I received. Perhaps time to move across to Malouf.

Terry White Pharmacy at Raymond Terrace charges you for using Eftpos. So go to Capital Pharmacy who charges you NIL. This is terrible for chemist to charge an eftpos fee.

Poor customer service at Mawson Lakes. I ordered medication through the Terry White app and they sent a Doordasher who insisted on scanning my driver's licence so the delivery couldn't be completed. I had a close friend who worked for a Terry white franchisee. The pharmacist in charge was an angry bully and stole prescription items , but he was never fired. It was an awful working environment. Caused my friend so much depression and grief

Travel shots appointments a complete waste of time – The travel vaccinations appointments are a joke. I made an "appointment" for 9.30am but basically you have to sit and wait until the pharmacist is free to see you. So while customers are coming in, you sit and wait with no idea how long it will take. After almost half an hour of waiting I left. Such a waste of time! Don't offer appointments when it isn't at all like that. You're a walk-in, with potluck as to when you'll be seen. Show details

Have Removed Price Match with Other Chemists – Removed price match policy without notice. Their prices are no longer competitive with Chemist Warehouse as they don't price match at all. Chemist Warehouse just earned a new customer. Their pricing for prescription medication is $6 more than CW.

Online prescription services a joke – Not the first or second time. Order prescription online and approx 2 hours. 4 hours, 6 hours, not done at all when ordered st 9am Pharmacy states we do our best which is absolutely not true, don't answer phones, went down on previous one 4 hours and nothing and got. Oh we are busy so have not even started the online orders Today did not answer phone and now closed. Burpengary you are a disgrace.

proprietor is an incompetent idiot with anger management issues who refuses to take the blame for any of his screw ups. Found another pharmacy that supplies my script, won't be back.

Unwanted messages – Made the mistake of giving them my number when I picked up a script from TWC. Started getting spammed while waiting for the script. No opt out on SMS. Link in messages takes me to download of their app. FFS now got to block them. Will get my scripts elsewhere now. Why do organisations think this good for business?

disgrace too and the male pharmacist Connon literally can’t wait to get you out of his sight, even if you have a gift for him (eggs etc). Took months to get him to smile even! A bit of positive connection is very important for many, including myself especially as a paying customer.

The lack of customer support is so horrifying especially when you’re in SUCH vulnerable situations. Terry white in Sorell and Dodges Ferry are better but, yeah, not very happy at all at the lack of care from most pharmacies under the TW umbrella. I travel across southern Tasmania for my job and regularly visit a pharmacy 3 times a week and have done over the last 4 years. It’s alarming the inconsistency of care across the state.

A pleasure to visit – I have been using the Inverloch pharmacy, on a consistent basis for a number of years, and the staff have always treated me with courtesy and respect in a very friendly manner. The Pharmacists have answered any queries I’ve had, in a friendly and professional manner which is appreciated, and I would have no hesitation in recommending this pharmacy to those that have need of it. Show details
