Sales service is fine but product doesn't stand the test of time – Bought several roller blinds 2-3 years ago, sales service and installation was fine. Till the roller blinds edges started tearing. blinds rarely get used. They seem to catch on the rolling mechanism. Either way, we won't be using them again and are now stuck with approx 5k of blinds we either live with in their pulled state or have to replace. Very disappointed.

End result not what was initially agreed – I asked for a blackout solution for my room and ended up with only a marginal improvement on the existing blinds for my $1500. I was told that the main outer blind would be 55cm out from the wall but never heard the words, "this means you wont have (anything close to) a blackout solution", (there was also an inner blind) and that light will come… Read more

streaming in through it, as well as all the other blinds that were installed. When I complained about the overall result I was told that it was partly due to the window sill not being straight, like it was my fault. Shouldn't they have worked that out? They are the experts, as I was regularly told. To their credit they did try to fix things including suggesting and making a wooden post to block the light but the installer said that would look awful and make little difference so we didn't proceed with that. I eventually got a $400 refund but very unhappy overall. If you cant give me what I ask for just say so at the start.

Wont go the extra mile for the customer – I went into the store to check out samples and i made it really clear I was ordering the blinds online and installing them ourselves. I was called back and they could do the blinds but because they had recently taken the blinds offline they would need someone to measure and quote for them even though we had the measurements and just wanted to order them. I was advised it would cost more becsuse it required them to come out to take the measurements and input the information into the system. I reiterated we had the measurements and just wanted to add it to our online order. Again I was advised this couldn't be done without sending someone out.. iI seems crazy that a company cant accept an order over email or in person without sending someone out and charging extra Because of the lack of service or flexibility I told the manager Ben that I would have to go elsewhere to get our whole house new blinds. At no point did Ben try and save us as customers even though it was a whole house we wanted to fit out. The Blinds Place clearly doesnt need individuals business if they can let a customer leave because they wouldnt manually add 2 blinds to an order consisting the only reason I couldn't order it online is because of low stock. The Blinds Place showed no flexibility or even anyone to think outside of the box. Ben was a lovely bbn person, probably great with blinds but just didn't go the extra mile for the customer.

Pretty good – Happy with blind and the installation guy was very helpful and pleasant. I found the salesman to be a little condescending and forthright, but I got ordered the blind that I needed. Easy installation, great quality! – Blinds came super quick within 2 weeks when other companies told me 3 months from measure to install. Product quality is fantastic and installation was very easy. The team were fabulous to deal with after the fabric I initially ordered became out of stock and they express posted new samples for me to pick from so they could put the order through ASAP. to open and adjustable. Even when we have the shutters open we can look outside but it’s difficult to look inside. The installer who did the measurements as well is a real professional.
