Avoid at all costs. The cleaner cracked the bottom of my glass drawers in bedroom - hit it was her vacuum cleaner most likely. I notified them and provided photos and they deny that it was them. did not include cleaning the bedroom, just the ensuite. They offered $100 as a gesture. I refused as completely unacceptable. The laundry and laundry toilet were also included in the quote and when asked why they were not cleaned their reply "we could not locate the laundry or toilet" I had also provided photos of all areas to be cleaned for the quote and the laundry and toilet were in complete view when they were cleaning the kitchen.
At no time did they ask me where the laundry and toilet were that were included in the quote to be cleaned.
They provided further correspondence that the cleaners had confirmed that they cleaned two bedrooms downstairs - we do have two bedrooms downstairs I replied and I never asked for or received a quote that included cleaning of any bedroom.
Received a further email that they had conducted a thorough review and were satisfied that the cleaners did not damage my drawers despite the fact that they admitted to cleaning the bottom drawer even though they were not to touch any items in the bedroom. Nothing but lies and completely dodging any accountability.
I am very upset as you cannot repair the damage and I am forced to fork out $1,200 plus for a new chest of drawers.
Dont actually have insurance, over $1500 of damage and no way of getting a resolution, and on top of that dozens of requests to unsubscribe me and still I get emails constantly.

Great cleaners. Poor booking system and management. You can't book a regular time and day. They text you the night before your requested day and tell you what time they will arrive, within 2 hours before or after the time they tell you. are out. Last week the cleaners arrived in thee morning when we had an afternoon booking. So we had to leave the house. This week they just didn't show up. The company blamed the 'system' for not telling us of the change. This is the second time this has happened with the same excuse. Their communication is woeful and their booking system beggars belief. It's a pity because the cleaners are actually good.

Disappointed and a waist of time – Cleaning service is no good. They are very expensive compared to others but don’t do the quality work to reflect even the cheaper services. pantry that was still in date and had just purchased that week and left thing in panty that where expired.
After checking reviews I can that these are common complaints from others who have had the same experience. This business needs to receive this feedback and make changes around things people are complaining about instead of arguing about the feedback given.
Unfortunately I would not use or recommend this service.

failed to pass on information to the cleaners in regards to there being no electricity at the property. On the list was to sweep the indoor/outdoor area however the cleaners didn’t have a broom so l just told them to leave. Very stressful and unnecessary- and they do not supply you with a contact number - you can only communicate through email. Would not recommend

cleaned and organised. All going well so far. Organise and clean out pantry. The instructions given are to clean, organise I explain that I have struggled to do this with such a small pantry. Check use by dates and throw out if needed. Life dependent in date medication was thrown out which I found in the rubbish bag, honey was left on the shelves which had leaked and baskets stuck to the shelves which I learnt about 3 weeks later when I tried to remove, inside walls were not cleaned in pantry, skirtings were not touched in pantry. The company did send another cleaner out to clean the honey off the shelf. The point is, it should of been cleaned the first time. My son and I cleaned for 3 hours today cleaning everything we haven’t noticed. If you consider these photos a deep clean use The Clean Life. I paid over $700 for this result and apparently it’s like this because I didn’t have “enough tubs”. No one from this company will take responsibility, it was always going to be my fault no matter how many photos I supplied.

Unprofessional, inexperienced staff and false advertising! – Its advertised that all cleaners have police checks and are fully qualified/trained however that wasnt my experience with this company. At $55 per hr plus gst per cleaner; I was expecting professional and trained staff however my experience was less than good. (otherwise it wasnt going to get done within the hour time frame, which I had agreed upon with the 3 cleaners prior to the clean). They cleaned the en-suite bathroom however the mirror was left with countless drips and I had to clean after they left .
Another cleaner was at the stove for the entire hour and scrubbed with an magic eraser in all directions on my stainless steel stove top; I am now looking for someone to repair all the scratches caused by that staff member. Im disappointed to say the least and hope no one else has an experience similar to mine.
