I have been very let down by The Clean Plumber, when they left a mess at my property, not completing the job to the quality they promised. They said they would send a builder to concrete after they installed new pipework, the builder would then paint the concrete to match existing and also paint the new pipework. several days and I had no contact from them. I called them and asked them to please come back and complete the work. They sent a plumber, not a builder as they had promised. The plumber concreted and then instead of letting the concrete cure for a few days, he painted on top of the wet concrete and did not match the colour to the existing. I was left with patchwork on the concrete. He didn't use masking tape behind the new pipes and painted on the rendered wall of my house in a totally different colour to the existing. It was dark when he finished the work and he wasn't able to clean up, the job site was left in a mess. I do not hold the worker responsible, there was no fault with the plumbing work he did, he just wasn't qualified to concrete or paint. I hold management responsible for not honouring their commitment to send a builder to do the restoration work. There was no duty of care taken for my property, it is not acceptable.
