Birthday gift hamper – I loved using the basket case to order a birthday gift hamper. What I loved the most was choosing what I wanted in the hamper including alcohol all at a reasonable cost, so I got to select items I believed the recipient would truly enjoy and eat/use. Gooda not delivered – Took my $49.95 for same day delivery, received an email at 10.30 am to say it had left, not received by 3.50 pm so I called and was told it was 6 minutes away, it is now 6.17 and it is still not delivered! Show details

Where is it? – I ordered with enough time to have it delivered on the right day. Was it? No! Where is it? Who knows! Very disappointed and won't use this company again. Too many others to choose from.

Peace on Earth Hamper – We received a Hamper as a gift called Peace on Earth, we are not gluten intolerant, the hamper is Gluten Free and the products tasted terrible. I guess who ever sent it got it wrong, just very glad we are not Gluten intolerant, I feel for the people who have to eat these products. The only good things were the rocky road, the cheese and fruit spread.

Amazing service five stars – We ordered a hamper late in the day which missed the cut off time for same day delivery, our own fault, but got a call from the owner who offered to deliver the hamper that day an away. The hamper is very well packed. I did undo the ribbon on the gift box to see what it looks like inside and am not disappointed. I just hope I can retie the ribbon properly! I really don’t think I can fault this crew at all- certainly the best service I have experienced in my 44 years living here.
