and every time, I've received exactly what I paid for and postage is always quick. Their products are all extremely good quality as well. Their website is so easy to navigate with great pics of each product and a thorough description (and sometimes videos) of what you're buying. I recently had to return an item and this too was hassle free and easy. I will continue to use these guys for all my detailing supplies and I highly recommend them.

Great to deal with - great products – I put off buying a new polisher for years and finally took the plunge. I had never had any experience with this company so I was taking a risk on my purchase of $450. Everything went smoothly and I can't be happier. Very professional and prompt service. Item arrived exactly as described and works perfectly well - in fact I was so impressed I dropped another $350 on a smaller polisher the next day my first one arrived.

Variety of products – I am a fussy guy and car enthusiast. I find all the products I am looking for and wide variety. I usually buy click and collect and they sometimes make it ready lesser than 1 hour.

No price matching – Does not price match day after there is further discount on product I bought.
The quality of the drying towel and the return policy – I purchased Apex Customs MOFO Drying Towel and from it's very first use it was terrible catching on badges and other trims thus pulling the loops of the towel. that's it. Order was placed on the 15th November and as there isn't any email tracking details I have to guess that I received around 22nd of November or of that week. I tried one of the towels late December and then my complaint to them on the 30th December. I received a reply on the 2nd Jan. dismissing my complaint and the desire to return the two not used. Really, its only a week after the 30 day policy and no flexibility at all. I have to rethink buying from them again as not everyone will use the products straight away. They need to have a realistic return policy. I will look for other sellers which there are plenty. Not impressed
Are you an enthusiast? better to try another one – Untrust store. They put products on sale with no item in stock. Instead supply you with another similar product they simply cancel your order. They don't really care about customer fidelity, just profit.

Good place for car care product – First time buyer from this online shop and very impressed with the service. Order was sent out pretty much the same day and arrived within 2 days from Vic to NSW. The website has good range of products and information for all the detailing needs. As well as easy to navigate and find product. Couldn't ask for more. Definitely will buy again from them.
Great product line – Easy to find, but parking is limited. Detail store stock almost all imported brand. Happy with their service. Price is better than what amazon can offer.
Seriously rely on these guys and they always come up with the goods – Have started using the detail store for a few months and now I am a regular customer. If I have any questions I can just pick up the phone and my query will be answered everytime. They also stock all the main brands any detailer would ever need including quality equipment. Keep up the good work guys.
