the non delivery and apparently there was an issue with a local florist taking the job and then not rejecting it for someone else because they couldn’t deliver on that day. I am so, so disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend this company at all, they knew the florist couldn’t do the job but failed to ensure someone else did. They have agreed to refund my money which I will need to wait 3-5 days for. Will never buy from them again!

A group of us contributed $135 to send flowers to a colleague going through an extremely difficult time. We specifically selected the flower company based on the advertised same-day delivery and the presentation shown on the website. What we received was unacceptable on both counts. advertised online which says pictured price. The arrangement was completely different and significantly below the standard shown on the website which was misleading and not what we paid for.

Secondly, the same-day delivery promise was clearly not honoured. We were only informed after placing the order that delivery would not occur the same day due to courier timing.

Given the occasion, this order needed to be handled with care and reliability. Instead, it has caused additional disappointment at an already difficult time.

Salisbury Queensland. I let them know I hoped my order would be delivered as they had many bad reviews. My bill was already pending for payment within a couple of hours. I felt worried my flowers wouldn’t arrive, this was a Tuesday. On Thursday I heard from family they had arrived safely, also nice arrangement. THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY! – If I could rate this company any lower then a 1 star i would. I spent just under $200 and what was sent was a bunch of flowers that looked like they came straight from the discount bucket at Coles.. I upgraded flowers, brought a vase for them and also requested a balloon be sent aswell.... After much back and forth I have received my money back… Read more

for flowers only as they feel I should still pay for the vase and balloon... First photo is what was received second flowers is what they say will be sent on there website... Not to mention I paid extra for deluxe flowers to get a bigger bunch as you can see that clearly did not happen.... The florist in question should be held accountable for delivering such disgraceful flowers and the fact that I still get charged for a nasty vase and balloon is disgraceful! This was for a very special day which I was so embarrassed to have sent. Think twice before using this company as you will not get what you are paying for...

Very good flower service – I could have done this by going straight to the nearest florist, but I decided to use an online service instead, so I approached The Flower Co. they help me to choose the right gift, with outstanding customer service, and delivered by the next day without any issues. Delivered on time with exact order – Made an order about 8pm the night before required delivery date and the flowers were delivered the following day as stated on website. Very disappointed in this company. It states same day delivery if ordered by 2pm. I ordered at 11am This particular branch is located in Armidale. I wasn't awate of this. email, phone call, nothing. But they were quick to take her hard earned money. She's tried to call and they don't answer the calls. Absolutely disgusting service and communication. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Guarantee NOT Guaranteed – The date available online was incorrect and NOT delivered within the stated time frame. Guaranteed delivery is not likely. Extremely disappointing as they were sent due to a death in the family and the delivery was 3 days later. I wish I read the reviews first, I would not have selected this company.

Lame day flower company – The website clearly states same day delivery from a florist in the same postcode as mine, if ordered before 2.00pm. This is Fake. I placed the order at 11.11am the same day. company woud uphold their bold claim.

Now day two into the booking for a critically important personal occasion delivery of flowers, enticed by a same day delivery promise and now told it will be a 7.00pm delivery as per the absolute of their terms.

Please stop advertising as same day next day or any day.

It was disappointing because I told my best friend to make sure she was home to get her favourite flowers delivered. were chosen because the bridesmaids wore yellow and white dresses. Fortunately our friend, the 'bride', loves sunflowers, but I was disappointed the box was white (admittedly with a gold ribbon). I accept flowers are seasonal, but I wish I had checked The Flower Company reviews. I had upsized the flowers, but thought what was delivered to our close friends was poor value for money. Customers, beware of this company which uses photos that are not a true representation. At least they were delivered on the correct day! One extra star for that. Would not recommend this company.

to deliver to the hospital because they get charged for parking. By this time I’ve wasted 3 days so I cancelled. You would think that $100 for a bunch of fresh mixed flowers, they could be delivered. Such a disappointment would never use them again.

Disappointing Experience With This Flower Company – Terrible product and service. I received the flowers all old and unfresh very unprofessionally bouquet made. It was delivered after the time I had requested. I reported it on the site and no action so far! Very disappointed about this company. I would never recommend this company. The attached photos are the flowers I received. Update: I was contacted from the flower shop so I improved my rating based on that.

Deceptive and misleading advertising – This company does not acknowledge that their website is deceptive and misleading. Don’t waste your money on flowers from this business. Go elsewhere where you will receive a quality product.

They dont deliver. Zero star – The website says they deliver to remote areas. Once you place your order and process the payment, they will cancel it and tell you they don’t have delivery in that area. Refunds took longer to process—poor communication. I won’t recommend this Flower Company—it is such a waste of time.

Disgusting and disappointing !!! – Purchased a beautiful bouquet for family as my mother in law passed away,but what was delivered was beyond a disappointment!!!! The flowers screamed, I was running late and forgot to grab flowers so I pulled into a fuel station and spent $25 on a bouquet of flowers. I even paid the extra for a Deluxe bouquet,needless to say I’m embarrassed and disappointed! I highly recommend to NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!

Didn’t deliver – After wondering why my flowers weren’t delivered, I received a text message asking for an additional $21. This was received days after I placed my order and left me in the difficult situation of my flowers being delivered so late, the moment had passed. Won’t ever use again.
