Excellent service – I have placed orders with the Flowerman twice and have found them professional and prompt in their service. The flowers have arrived always On time and are of very good quality. Would recommend flower man to my friends.

Still waiting on customer service response – Customer service seems to be more active here than on email so I'm hoping someone here might attend to my complaint emailed on 17/8/16 regarding order number JDQRF.

disappointed – When ordering by phone I was promised this would be delivered in the morning. It arrived at 4:00, after the recipient had checked out of the room. Her baby was still in NCIU , but it made things inconvenient. I was not impressed when told it would get there first up in the morning.and arrived late afternoon.

Recommended – I have used them many many times. Only had 1 issue over many years, with a failed delivery to a work address. Without argument they then delivered on a Saturday to home, and refunded the delivery costs.  Show reply

wonderful flowers and gifts – I ordered flowers, chocolate and wine for my daughter in laws birthday. I live in the UK and she lives in Australia, The staff at The Flower Man were really helpful and courteous and my order was processed with ease and delivered on the day of the birthday. them first thing this morning, they were very apologetic and offered a refund and to send the flowers out today. Their staff member was very polite and helpful.

Addit: Still no flowers, don't promise something and then not follow through. Speaking to their staff I changed my opinion thought I would use them again but nothing was followed through. I would have been happy with a refund and sent flowers through someone else but they promised to still send the flowers. Then nothing appalling service.

Joke of a company. I will never use them again.

Used to be good; not anymore – Ordered a bunch of flowers for Mother's Day, but what arrived was very sad. Very disappointing. Looked like rejects left over at the local service station. Suspect an "order gatherer" business - which is not a florist but forwards orders to local retailers - which is common practice and breaching consumer law.

Not happy with the service ?.or shall I say what service – Ordered tulips to be delivered got and was charged for them . Call came to say none were available would be replaced with roses I agreed . They were to be delivered by 1 pm was charged delivery charge , They never arrived by 5.15pm called the store was put on a waiting in line from 5.15 to 5.45. Great Service – I am very impressed with the service. I sent the flowers to one of my volunteers at home. But when the Volunteer wasn't home the delivery person called her only to find out she was still in Hospital. The delivery person went back and picked up the flowers and took them to the hospital.  Show reply

Disgusting service! Definitely use these guys if you want to ruin a good day! – After waiting a full day for a delivery and calling them and being told it's on route they never arrived. We called the next day and were told the courier didn't deliver because the address didn't exist? Umm, I live there? Not even a phone call or email was made to let us know. Service couldn't have got any worse. Thanks for ruining our day.

Horrible! Never buying anything from here again – The photo did not resemble what was delivered. For $70 we received one rose, two stems of what appeared to be miniature roses (size of your thumb nail) with half a dozen on each stem, three stems of a pink pansy and five additional unknown flowers. Incredibly disappointed.

The end of our relationship – Two days, three emails, three phone calls, a voicemail and my loved one still has no flowers. Thanks [name removed] for transferring me to the Service and delivery team that never pick up, return calls or messages. I'm never using these clowns again and my credit card company will be chasing you for a refund.
