courier's tracking date was 2 weeks after the order was sent. I called the courier to enquire which service the seller had utilised and was advised that they requested the slowest possible off peak delivery. The $20 freight I paid would have purchased 2 express post envelopes and I would have received my card well in time for my friend’s birthday. As it stands I'm $40 in fees out and have no card. I absolutely would not recommend dealing with this company unless disappointment is your goal. Just read the other reviews. I'm sure ACA will enjoy following up on the very poor business practices of this company. I have requested a refund and issued a chargeback with my credit card provider. I don't hold out much hope Gift Card Store will make this anything other than unpleasant after reading other people's reviews which I wish I'd done prior to giving them my money in good faith.

I have purchased 3 x Design A Card recently. What a fabulous idea being able to put your own picture/design on a gift card!! It was so easy to do and the delivery was quick. For anyone wanting that special gift/gift card ... this is the go!! In My Opinion :) Show reply

I ordered and paid for a $50 digital gift card on 11/08/2026 for my nephew’s 13th birthday and it was never received even my bank account has had the amount deducted. I have since emailed customer service but haven’t received a response. If I could give a 0/10 I would.

Arrived 28 hours after purchase. There's no contact phone number either, you have to email and they take 24 hours at least to respond

I would have put 0 stars after 11 days no delivery of personalised card, paid the extra for fast shipping, as to date no reply to email and can’t talk to anyone, just would like a tracking/shipping advise. This should be an automatic response of shipping advise like other companies. Feel I have been scammed

Received a gift card, that I could not load. Both myself and sender tried to get some sort of customer service from the Gift Card Store, over two weeks later still no resolution from the Gift Store.

I had 37 gift cars to distribute to staff as a thank you for participating in a workshop. I loved the abiltiy to upload the CSV file with their names and email addresses rather than doing individually. I would definitely use them again. when some staff had provided an incorrect email address due to a typo the gift card store was able to re send . Super service . Show reply

We purchase the SMS Visa cards its so easy and the gift card is almost instantly received, we use these as staff rewards and incentives. They can use them wherever they want to buy something special, buy groceries or pay bills. I love that they have some fun ones, my favourite is one in a melon Show reply

look process is simple, cards are pretty enough & i like that our clients can use it as a debit card etc but what bothers me are the fees. Especially since I am only emailing them - not sure why I am paying a shipping and handling fee when it doesn't cost anything to send an email - it's not being posted via a postal service, like what are you shipping / handling?

Although my order was over $1000, and I to had pay a $20 for shipping, but they don't include tracking for orders under $1200 [although the largest value you can pre-load to a card is $1000]. Had to wait 25 business days for them to properly refund my order, kept claiming I had to wait "10 business days" although that had long since passed. They did not offer to reprint, replace or express out a replacement.

this matter took what is normally a simple matter, into something that caused embarrassment at my work, failed delivery expectations and we ended up going with another card supplier as this business couldn't offer to support a $1000 order.

Will not use again. After paying for this card, my card was fraudulently used overseas. This is the only purchase I made with this card in the last 6 months, so it’s very clear where the breach has occurred

Unfortunately your website seems to be flagged as spam. I then had issues reordering a past order .. there was an error message that said to call, upon calling .. they said to email .. took about 5 days for a response to say that it was now being processed .. no explanation and very clunky.

Whilst the cards are dispatched quickly, this is the only good thing about this company. The customer service is non-existent. They are near impossible to contact, there is a phone number, but you can never reach it, emails are not responded to in a timely manner if answered at all, event when titled URGENT. I left an urgent voicemail, and it was about a week later they called. If you are going to display a phone number for customers to call, then answer the calls!

Disappointing service and I wouldn't use them again. Gift card arrived and has to be activated via an app, the instructions were unclear. Unable to contact the customer service team for help, the provided phone number advises to email. I emailed and got an automated reply saying they would be in touch within 1 business day, 3 days later I finally got a reply. Very disappointing and wouldn't recommend.

fraud is horrible customer experience. What makes it worse is they took my money and have not returned it. I will be contacting consumer affairs and I’ll work with the big banks to ensure transactions for this website are not honoured in future so people are not scammed.

I was gifted a card from my work colleagues after my mum had passed, I completely forgot about the e card and only found it today, it expired on the 1/26 and is now 3/26, normally an organization will still honor it but not this company who states I have forfeited my $200, disgusting company
