I was gifted a card from my work colleagues after my mum had passed, I completely forgot about the e card and only found it today, it expired on the 1/26 and is now 3/26, normally an organization will still honor it but not this company who states I have forfeited my $200, disgusting company
Avoid this company - Second time a card has failed to work as advertised, one digital and one physical, if given to you from your employer or employers like both my partner had then tell them never to purchase from them again, waste of money. Completely fraudulent.

I would have put 0 stars after 11 days no delivery of personalised card, paid the extra for fast shipping, as to date no reply to email and can’t talk to anyone, just would like a tracking/shipping advise. This should be an automatic response of shipping advise like other companies. Feel I have been scammed

Can’t find retailers to accept it – Initially I saw fraudulent transactions on the card and I was told that someone was opportunistically trying to access it. I believe the companies system was hacked. Luckily no funds were lost. The company reset the cards but now I can’t use them. No one seems to accept them. Keep getting messages card declined etc. too confusing to use and I just want to use the cards which are now approaching 1 year old.

I immediately contacted the customer service team when a week past with no delivery, to request the cancellation of the order and a refund, but the response was incredibly slow and unhelpful. Emails took days to be answered, and each response contradicted the previous one, with false information being provided. After Christmas, I requested a phone call, as the customer service team is non contactable by phone. I received a call from someone who had no authority to offer a refund but assured me that a manager would call me within the following week.
Eight weeks have now passed, and I still have not received any further communication or resolution. The customer service has been appalling.
I have now lodged a formal complaint with Fair Trading, as this situation is completely unacceptable.
I would not risk ordering with this company.

Unable to purchase from New Zealand – Bought these gifts cards in the past from New Zealand for Australia. Today it will not let me go past the payment screen because I do not have a valid Australian phone number. No, I do not have an Australian phone number, I live in New Zealand. If I try and put a family member's valid Australian number in, it still complains that it is not a valid Australian phone number. Please advise if overseas purchases are not longer accepted.

letters for the recipients last name, mine was a bit longer than the usual and because of that i hit the limit without finishing their last name, made it look like I couldn't care less and spelt it wrong.
Secondly communication with this company is awful, I sent off 3 emails on 3 different days and asked the most basic of questions. takes minimum 2 business days to respond "when should they receive the card?" and the "last name issue" I mentioned above. In what era are you living in where it takes 2 days minimum to respond? A) it's a one man show behind the scenes or B) You don't care. There's just no excuse for such simple queries, if it takes you 2 days to respond to the most basic problem I can't imagine having issues with your purchase, no wonder everyone here is inclined to call it a scam.
Lastly, you can't receive tracking for your order, probably saving money on postage, when was the last time anyone sent unregistered parcels to someone else? even my 2 dollar order on TEMU from overseas has tracking from start to finish yet a few hundred dollar gift card postage paid doesn't have one.
All in all, if you buy a e gift card, for personal reasons and you have zero issues then it works fine. For everything else I would avoid like the plague because something so basic shouldn't give me so much problems. It is not up to par for 2025 standards and there are many alternatives.
And please I don't want to see the generic response I'm so sorry please give me your details I'll look into it for you. There's nothing you need to do for me as I wont ever be back.

Gift Card Store also does not answer the phone and they can’t track or provide any details regarding the delivery of their products. There are several reviews stating the same on here. If I was this business I would be looking closely at who I am using as it is giving Gift Card Store a terrible reputation.
We have used them twice and will be taking our business elsewhere to a company with higher standards and better customer service.

They did finally arrive but not before I was busy doing some digging trying to verify if they were a legitimate website due to their customer service responses and lack thereof I was sure that i had been scammed until the gift cards finally turned up. I would recommend using another website or doing it in store at a retailer (in person) to avoid delays or unnecessary stress.
