Dan was great to deal with - I had to move a few pieces of furniture and some boxes of samples from my home office to new studio. Dan arrived on time, was friendly and accomodating, and completed the job quickly with no complications or issues. I would highly recommend Dan and will certainly use him again myself!
John was reliable and extremely helpful. I had a small job and John was happy to make it work and was able to do the job on the same morning. I would highly recommend John.
Absolutely disgraceful, after receiving mutiple spam calls and messages while I was at work, I work 2 jobs im extremely busy, I finally had a chance to respond yesterday after receiving a message. Guys helped out the move a two piece wicker cane lounge on short notice. Turned up on time, with a suitable truck, relocated from Rosebery to Cullen Bay. Priced perfect for two ppl and truck. Will use again.. :)
These guys were outstanding in their service. Removed an old heavy piano from our now sold property, 425 Trower Road Brinkin with ease. Fair pricing was a bonus. Highly recommend The Handy Truck.
Absolutely awful business. I requested a quote to have a bookshelf picked up and moved. Instead of giving me time to review the quotes I’d received from other companies, I was spam called multiple times over two days. Pearl and her Team left me and my family stranded! They changed the day and time of the job twice, I went along flexibly with them, they seemed like a reputable company. needed to move the next day and had cleaners booked in and if they weren't going to be able to make it to let me know so that I could make other arrangements. Pearl understood me and guaranteed they would be there.
Next morning, 2 hours before their booking, Pearl shoots me a message to say the movers are tired and they wont be able to do the job, and asked me to send my bank details to return the deposit.
She couldn't have cared less that she lied to me, and that we were now in an incredibly stressful situation to find movers 2 hours before the cleaners arrived, when we had a million other things we had to do!
These people are dodgy! They squeezed us in 'just in case' they could do the job and get the money. They didn't care at all about our family being in the middle of a move and needing a solid commitment.

By far the worst experience I have ever had with a moving company, Pearl and your team let me down completely, I will never recommend this company ever, stay clear. The audacity to even ask me for a review hoping for something positive, a complete joke of a company. You did not follow up with an apology or any communication and created me nothing but unnecessary stress.
I can honestly recommend this company after they collected some garage rubbish from our house today. Fast and friendly service from start to finish.
Harry responded within an hour of my enquiry, confirmed my requirement and within a couple of hours had me booked in. Within 24h my Antique Display Cabinet was collected, delivered and put in place. No Fuss, no time wasting, very friendly, polite and helpful. Thanks Harry

damage. They were even an hour and a half late.I tried contacting them to get my money back, I sent them photos but have been completely ignored. I have tried contacting management and promised calls and received nothing, I've sent about 10 emails and made over 20 calls to the email listed and the number listed on the handy truck website. Please I urge you not to use this company and especially Handy Truck South Perth. Also thier office is actually a house which you will see in a photo attached.

Two very helpful and professional men helped move garage/garden heavy equipment and tools to another private location...i was very pleased with the time frame they set aside for me, they were very considerate to my time allowance...would recommend this service and use this business again if the need arose.
Follow-up · no, there was no need to pack anything.... half hour to load various large garden tools and large wheel barrow, work bench with pegboard attached..ladder..

Steve was professional and friendly. He was punctual and careful which I appreciated as the piece of fragile artwork was my concern. I recommend The handy truck for efficient and no stress moving.
Fantastic service. We needed to move a few furniture items from Bribie Island to an Aged Care facility in Caboolture. Danny arrived on time and completed the job as quoted and with great care. I would highly recommend this service.

Asked for availability and pricing through the website got a text back asking for a list of items to be moved. Sent the list. Sent a follow up text ... have heard nothing since.
Despite reaching out a few times, including online and through phone , other than an automated message that someone would contact me, I never received any quotes , contact, absolutely nothing. Would not recommend.
Absolutely horrific experience. Someone tried to scam me and then the boy I ended up booking didn’t know what he was doing, nearly backed into the persons wall and when I got the fridge to my place and inside (I had to help, he was by himself)….the fridge was badly dented and scratched. Unbelievable!

I just texted the address details and where the vehicle needed to go , they were on to it straight away and was able to pay them cash . Very good business and customer service start to finish.

The Handy Truck went out of their way to collect two large occasional chairs from my home in Sydney and deliver them to Thredbo, then collect two more large chairs and deliver them back to Sydney. No other removalist would touch my job! Nothing was a problem, Pearl and her team could not have been more helpful and careful with our furniture. I would highly recommend The Handy Truck.
These guys were great. Regular communication leading up to our 5 hour job; flexible and obliging on the day. Our job had a number of components which the completed well. Very happy with the service and I'd be very happy to use them again.

The team arrived on the agreed time, got to work and were done in very short order with no time wasted during the task. They took care when moving my furniture (3x bedroom house), ensuring it arrived at the destination in good condition despite the relatively short distance (under 10km). Excellent service, I will definitely choose them again in the future.

Dan was incredibly helpful from our first phone call. He moved furniture from my daughter’s house in Sydney to our place outside of Orange. It was completely hassle free from both ends, he was very reliable and can’t recommend him highly enough!
