company asking what is going on. It was only after Afterpay had contacted them that I finally got a response.
I was advised that I had ordered a preorder item (even though the website had said in stock) and the item wasn’t due to arrive for another month.
Annoyed but I still waited the month, and then nothing. I sent them another email and no reply. I reached out to Afterpay again who were able to get the company to send the product and issue me with a tracking number.
Finally, after waiting for almost 3 months my item arrived in the post today.
The quality of the item is bad. The item is definitely overpriced for what I have received.
Since doing business with this company I have read SO MANY reviews and messages from previous customers who have been completely scammed out of their money because they never received their order.
I firmly believe the only reason I have my order is because I threatened the company multiple times by contacting Afterpay directly. Side note: Afterpays customer service is absolutely fantastic.
One star only because I couldn't give zero! – I have emailed the Little Big Company a number of times - no response. The recorded message on the phone is "please send an email and we will respond" (or words to that effect). What sort of business doesn't answer their phone or emails. Avoid this company – Half order not delivered. Cannot contact via phone and email response was hit and miss. Of the goods that did manage to arrive, 1/3 were smashed. No reply..broken lollies – Recieved our package contacted both via insta & email, still waiting for reply. My lollies came broken and they haven't bothered to get back to me. Very disappointed. I even offered to drive to them for exchange.

Wow, what a great place to buy lollies and party stuff – Really low prices. I went there today and got some great help from the lady that greeted me was adorable and very helpful. Great site, good value, prompt service – We ordered on Wednesday, goods delivered the following Monday morning. The product required was available on very few other sites, and nowhere near the price offered by TLBC (and they gave us an extra discount!). Website easy to use, and they provided our email to Aus Post so that we had tracking notifications. While some people seem to have had bad experiences with customer service, I would certainly use them again.
So bad!!! Can't believe that they still have customers. Will not go back – Did not notify me about sending had to email them to find out what was going on. Worst customer service ever encountered – Returned an item in person to the warehouse, unopened and with the receipt in November a week after purchase, still no refund after several emails and phone calls. I will now be escalating the matter to consumer affairs as I have had no response. Use only if you can guarantee you won't need to return it.
Bad service – If there is a complaint, they do not follow it up quickly at all. They are very hard to get hold of by phone......phone rarely answered or message bank full. My Emails have not been answered as yet. Once they have your money they do not seem to care.
