A really great experience – I was so impressed with everything about my experience. Arran on Saturday, and Fabian and Mustapha today were all top class. They were all friendly, patient, right on time and kept me up to date. It was a massive job to replace my electric heating tank but they did an incredible job. There was minimal mess or disruption and the water is heating up as I write. I will absolutely recommend this company to all my friends.

Best tradie experience – Can't thank them enough! After gardeners cut my gas line, first Emily on the phones and Mitchell the plumber worked hard to fit me in. undertook some work at my elderly fathers house recently. changed 3 x tap washers for $600. replaced 3 x $50 valves to and from the hot water unit. unlikely this was even required. $1700 bill. unushamedly beyond a rip off. looks like were off for some holidays boys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i advise elderly customers to look elsewhere to avoid being ripped off.

Gouged – Billed over $700 for 50 mins work. The parts were 18” of 5/16 copper tube and a faucet. Asked what the hourly rate is, seems they make it up as they go. Never again.

Support local plumber disappointment – Came to investigate a blockage on my property. Gave us the problem and requested us to authorise some works for $5k. How they came up with a quote for 5k, we don’t know, asking for footage of CCTV that they had done via email, instead they respond with an invoice of over $5000 for no work done. We paid $350 for CCTV footage which they can’t provide. Follow up calls with no answer and a jiggle of being on hold for a long time just comes up.

I found the local plumber, Koby to be extremely helpful, polite young man, he fixed my tap leak swiftly and also cleaned up afterwards. Would recommend Koby for anyone requiring plumbing assistance

I had my HWS replaced they did a excellent job in fitting the new one they were friendly and polite and new everything about HWS, and I was able to get gas again and I got my compliance certificate already I was reallyhappy with the service and will call them for all my plumbing needs. Show reply

Prompt; friendly accurate and effective. I live in an older unit and went to replace washers on a dripping tap and they were like nothing I’d ever seen. Realised that this was a job for a professional. They were prompt in assessing the job and quoting and attending in the time frame given

BEST COMPANY – Had Nass & Alex attend for a reline at our property, the professionalism and workmanship was beyond amazing. They explained every part of the process of relining, Showing us before and after footage, we are beyond happy and highly highly recommend the local plumber.

Highly Recommend – Burst pipe in our family home we thought that we would have to cut open a massive strip in the ceiling as recommended by another plumbing company called The Local Plumber Tony the boss came up with a great stategry with his worker Ryan to re route the new water line saving us any demolition. Your in good hands here highly recommend!

Hot Water Issue Fixed – The Local Plumber where very quick with there response and gave us a couple of different budget friendly options. Ryan called us when he was on his way showed up right on his eta and completed the job in a very cleanly manner.

reassuring approach to the task and identified the source of the concern, process for the repair, timeline including the potential costs. An extra emphasis was placed on the task being carried out within a timely manner with Dan being available to carry out the repair that same afternoon. Same Day Service. An absolute and refreshing surprise. Dan advised of the timeline to visit, arrived within the timeline and carried out the work in a very professional manner answering any question i had. I can only recommend them on my experience however one of the best Tradie experiences i have ever had.

totally helpful young man who triaged a number of issues with full explanations provided and pricing of possible ongoing services discussed .He heroically attempted a manual de blocking of an outside drain ( tree root obstruction). He explained the ongoing services of fibre optic type diagnostics and I jumped at the chance to have this the following day He also realised a toilet was leaking a little and showed me the problem and said a fix would involve parts etc I jumped at this also As he arranged ,the following morning saw Dexter and apprentice Braydon arrive at the time promised they set to work promptly with the parts required and re- installed a toilet cistern which had been inadequately installed at the time of building only 4 years ago .Once again friendly service with lots of explanation and pricing discussed before hand . The friendliness and service orientation of these 2 young men was once again a delight And more .. at the time promised for the diagnostic plumber he was there.The delightful Braydon snr showed the problem on a screen as he fed the coil down the drain . He explained everything with clarity and diligence .He did what he could then discussed further control measures which I willingly agreed to .This is an exceptional service which provides sincerity and professionalism in spades .My shower leaking into the lift well is a challenge for the original plumber to deal with ..not The Local Plumber ,but what they have achieved is terrific .

not happy – The plumber wasn't able to complete the job- I received a slight discount - about the price that the part he couldn't replace would cost (approx 10% off the whole job). I was charged for all this time despite knowing that he would likely not be able to do it. I am sorry but the slight discount I received for only doing half the job was really not good enough (30-40% is what I would have expected) especially when I said upfront that the washer didn't really need to be replaced but I thought I would do it since the other one did need replacing. It seems I have bad luck with plumbers although compared to the local plumber who was flat out rude this plumber was actually nice and if the "discount " from the company had reflected the work done or the plumber had the tool he needed to change the washer I would not be writing this.

Best service ever – They came on time. Did the job to our advantage. Made me feel comfortable with all suggestions. Took all rubbish away with them. Never added extra charges. Will always use them and totally refer them to family and friends with confidence. Tony and Dexter you are Champs.
