flood social media with my dissatisfaction with the company and as expected, no response. Would suggest you look at ordering from Temu if you want quality product, well priced and exceptional delivery experience. I have purchased many products from Temu and delivery from China is usually 5/10 days. If you are looking for quality service would suggest you avoid The Personalised Gift Shop.

I was overcharged – Let’s begin with this. Paragraph 3.1 of the T&Cs starts this way. “All products include GST (where applicable) at the current rates.” Not ‘most’ products. Not ‘some’ products. the price exclusive of GST, but we shall show GST separately and include it in the total price.” What on Earth does that mean? Either it is all products or it is not.

So I placed an order, using a 10% discount voucher that I was offered as a first-time buyer. Now I was in a hurry and I will admit that I didn’t check the amount charged properly before paying. If I had checked I would have seen that I was charged GST. It says so as plain as day.

I emailed the company about this on 5 December 2024. They didn’t reply. So I emailed them again on 16 December 2024, setting out my calculations showing that I had been overcharged by about $5. Four days later they still haven’t replied and I doubt that they will.

The product that I ordered was some engraved whisky glasses for a friend’s 70th birthday The quality of these glasses is poor, much below what I would have expected for the price. The only good thing was that they came in a nice gift box.

I will never deal with this company again, and I would advise anyone to be very careful buying any of their products.

Disappointed – Really disappointed. Accidents happen but customer care isn’t there. Ordered a personalised glass - arrived smashed into a thousand pieces as inproperly wrapped. and behold it hasn’t. So they’ve requested it be returned and said will refund. No compensation for fact birthday present now hasn’t arrived and won’t arrive - awfully packaged parcel and basically no care or concern for the fact an injury occurred. They’ve not even said keep the replacement just oh will send a refund. Really poor. An apology goes a long way / but sincerity further. Won’t be reordering and now have an upset and injured child that the present she ordered won’t arrive. Avoid.

Stunning gift – OMG just received my frog champagne flutes which are a gift for my daughter's engagement. They are stunning beyond words! I absolutely love them. Extremely disappointed – I ordered a plaque for my granddaughter. The print was incomplete. When I contacted customer service they refused to acknowledge the misprint. Please don’t buy from this company: , they shut me down by closing the complaint with no further action despite other customers complaining of the same issue. Extremely disappointed ☹️

were very good about it and sent us a complete replacement right away. Then of course, a few days after we received the replacement I found the missing piece!! I emailed support again to let them know that it was my mistake. I offered to pay but they declined. Such great service! I will definitely use them again.

Avoid the company – Do not use. Long delivery times and Zero customer service. Goods ship from [Content Removed]. Paid for Express delivery and shipment took 14 days, NOTHING express about that.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY – This company should not be in business. I have rang and emailed multiple times regarding my order. And just like everyone else who's complaining about this company, I paid express shipping. Finally emailed a shipment number which you can't track because it doesn't exist. It truly is a scam. Luckily I paid with Afterpay which I'm hoping to stop payment of future instalments.

Terrible Service and Cheap Quality – Ordered Crystal Champagne Glasses for 50th and 60th Birthday gifts. What we received was really cheap glasses with really basic engraving. Very Dissapointed – I was very disappointed with this company, I bought a Christmas present that arrived 1 month later. No response or follow up. I had to chase up and the finish was not what I expected for $70. plus express post. Very disappointed

Ridiculous Service. No response / Update on order – I ordered a gift last week and paid extra for it to be sent in 3 days. Received nothing and can not get hold anyone to give me a proper update that where the product is right now! They do not answer calls and if answered they don’t have any update. Devastated as the gift won't be here for my friends birthday. Don’t buy anything from them.

They responded with this advice “We do not put orders straight into production, we hold all orders for a time period just in case customers have made any mistakes or want to make amendments, in which case they will notify us”. However, I mentioned to them before, I did not at any point receive a confirmation email for this item, therefore I could not have responded to advise of an error.

This product is not of satisfactory fit for the purpose described. To resolve the problem I request that you send a refund or credit for the item.

I tried to resolve the problem between myself and the company however this did not happen so I enlisted NSW Fair Trading who were also unsuccessful in obtaining a resolution. They offered me a replacement but at a cost of $30. What a joke!

Terrible customer service! Tried to support an Australian business and this is how they treat their customers.

Broken item received – Disappointed to see my shipment was broken when I received it. I called the team, however was directed to send an email as they were offline. Email was sent with pictures of the shipment, however not heard anything except automatic reply. It's now been almost a week. Tried calling them again but they still appear to be offline. receive within 3 days. I have sent countless follow-up emails and have not received a response or acknowledgment. I tried to call but the number says to email and then hangs up.

I purchased this for an important milestone birthday and am very upset and disappointed that it will not arrive in time for me to give it to the person (even with my paying double for express shipping).

I have purchased a number of items from this store previously and on the first few occasions had a good experience. The last two have not been - perhaps ownership has changed such that customer service is terrible now.

I only hope they are not keeping my money and not even sending the product altogether.

Terrible – I order 8 days ago, got the priority shipping and have not received a tracking number. I have checked my junk mail and nothing. I have sent 7 emails and still no reply. The payment was taken out of my account. I'm not happy, I have tried to call during business hours, only to get a message that they are currently unavailable! Not happy with the service! Misleading – There is a customer service phone number that takes you to a message that informs you there is no customer service team and then directs you to send an email. I ordered items long before Christmas cut off, received a payment receipt and order confirmation but no further updates. I can assume that it will not arrive today in time for Christmas tomorrow as they have not sent a shipping email.
