GREAT SERVICE – We had a blocked washbasin outlet. Dane agreed to be at our place by 10.00AM and he made it on time as promised and completed a professional job within half an hour and his charges were reasonable indeed. We have no hesitation in calling him again for all our plumbing works.

Not your average plumber – Sitting in my work 'Teams' meeting I advised my colleagues that I might have to pop out when the plumber arrived at 9.00. at 9.05, and started the job. Knowing I was in an on line meeting sent me a msg to say he was heading to the suppliers and would be back in 30mins. Installed the rainwater pump and new cover, commissioned the pump, removed all the mess and billed me for exactly what was quoted. At last a competent tradie with exceptional customer service. This will not be the last time I call Chris, brilliant effort.

Top service – Easy to reach and the job was done in a timely manner. Dane was knowledgeable and provided relevant and useful information; plus a job well done. I am a satisfied and happy customer. I could not ask for more. I will continue to use their services.

New water heater – Phoned plumbing effect on a Friday afternoon, they said they were available after 4pm which was brilliant for a Friday. Chris came around about 5pm and looked at the issue and gave me options of what I could do, he was honest and reliable. He managed to get the issue sorted the next day, would highly recommend.

Professional service – Chris turned up on the agreed date to provide a quote. The quote came with different options - from a bandaid fix to a proper dig-and-locate. When it came to do the actual work, i found him to be professional and courteous. Never pushy.

Great service – Prompt, friendly, professional service. Thanks Chris. Would highly recommend and I have. I will now be renovating my ensuite and have every intention of contacting the plumbing effect to help wih renovations.

Worst Customer Service Experience – Called another company and was redirected to the The Plumbing Effect without my knowledge. Charged $462 to change kitchen mixer tap and bathroom shower taps (plumber was onsite for less than two hours). Replacement bathroom taps are terrible quality. requested. We have since purchased new tapware at an additional cost to us, which we will have another plumber replace. We signed an invoice stating we were happy with work on completion but we were not able to fully test the plumbers work and new parts installed until we were able to shower. Plumber was notified we were not happy, returned to site but still did not rectify the issue.

Great reliable service – Chris replaced my hot water system and also removed and took away the old water system. He turned up in the time frame given. Chris provided professional service and explained everything and I was given options for what I wanted to do. Chris was friendly, polite and reliable. The company was recomemmed to me by a friend. I would not hesitate in recommending Plumbing Effect to anyone they were great.

Excellent Service – They did a great job, they were price competitive to other quotes I received, helpful, flexible with timing and did a great job of offering lateral and cost effective solutions to our plumbing problems. All staff were polite and considerate while working in our home. Very Happy!

Prompt and professional – Dane responded to an urgent call one evening and was on site at 7am the following day. A difficult problem resolved and arranged for Sydney Water to fix the issue that contributed to our problem. And arranged the application for a refund from SW for the costs incurred. Found ourselves a plumber! – Came home this (Friday) afternoon to find our garage flooded, due to our hot water heater giving out. Had no idea who to get, so found Dane's number on a fridge magnet and gave him a call. He was out in about an hour and a half with a new hot water heater, and hooked it up for us. Price was as per quoted, lovely fellow. We tossed out the other 5 fridge magnets now that we know that we can call on The Plumbing Effect in the future!
