to pay to get this work done. I told the clown to get out. This is not my 1st rodeo. Charged me $420 for eel and camera. That piss week little motor with no grunt. Should've waited for my plumber. same gig! My plumber "Canberra plumbing". noted definitely grease in line slowing water flow. 20 min in, cleaned up pipes with eel. Used root cutter and camera and said there were no roots in pipes, but happy to send cutter through. 10 min later, plumbing clean. $450, not $4000. integrity counts.
Called the Plumbing and Electrical Doctor to replace our own supplied kitchen sink mixer tap during normal work hours. Charged a total of $339.00 for approximately 20 minutes work and including a $75.00 call out fee. Subsequent inquiries resulted in quotes less than $140.00 for the same work. more so as we are very elderly pensioners. Not recommended in any way shape or form apart from a very polite technician. Be very aware of this company.
I would not use these guys for my plumbing ever, although the guy that came was nice enough, The prices are overly excessive, $405 for 15 minutes work to put a hose and camera up a blocked drain, just to show me their are roots in the Storm pipe, now here is the kicker, quoted me $6300 to replace around 15 metres of storm pipe, For crying out loud… Read more
i could get PVC pipe from Bunnings and replace it myself for less than a couple of Hundred dollars, When i questioned the guy he stated he never charged me the call out fee either, what a load of [Content Removed], Steer clear people i know i will be.

Quick, fair and skilled – Hot water shower tap failed suddenly yesterday after being rebuilt by Plumbing Doctor in January 2024. Tim came out on Sunday and repaired it again. He was a bit late but no charge. The tap was well worn so I have asked him to come tomorrow to replace all four taps in the shower/bath with more modern ceramic ones ($467.94). Pleasure to deal with both him and Eric (in the office)

DO NOT USE – The only thing they did well was arrive on time to take my money!! Needed a outside drain unblocked. They needed no materials other than time, hose and a camera. They charged over $600 for an hour's work and it still needs repairs. DO NOT RECOMMEND. They will rip you off at the first chance even when I questioned them extensively. Show details
Very responsive but expensive – To their credit the company is very quick to respond to jobs and provide timely service. But the price for less than an hour’s work was high and there’s a callout fee. I did not receive a proper receipt and had to pay on the nail by dictating my bank card details to the plumber entering them into his phone. If a company has to be paid on the job they should provide proper payment facilities.
Too expensive – $577.40 for replacing one mini valve for kitchen mixer and call out in business hours. What a rip off. Mind you, had I signed up for a membership and agreed to other work they suggested for a total of $1570 I would have been given the job for the valve for free! he couldn’t replace the part successfully under the sink. When he came to me after 5 minutes and said all done, no need for work under the house, I said oh good it won’t be as expensive then. He said no, remember I told you I would have done the work under the house for free. Does this make sense? A more involved process for free? Not to me! It took longer to try to sell the pros of signing up for membership than to replace the valve. The workman was very pleasant and courteous and obviously a good plumber/salesman but their service is hard sell and too expensive. Would not use this firm again.

Expensive, but good work all round by the phone contact, quote provider and replacement hot water system installers – Work was promptly completed the day after first phone contact. The quote was explained well and all options were considered and discussed. Tim and Mike did a good job installing a replacement hot water system and associated pipe and valve changes in a very confined space. Plumbing and electrical work – Excellent customer service! We moved a water pump to a different location, and had a bathroom light installed. Booking the job was easy, quote was obtained the next day and the trades were at the house within the next 3 days. Outstanding Service – I .had a dripping tap from a hot water system which was fairly new. An appointmeent was made, and the plumber arrived the following morning, as promised. The leak was efficiently fixed, then Jarrad came upstairs to provide advice on a Zip Water Heater. We accepted his quote that day, He was at all times a pleasure to deal with. Hopefully he will be given the job to install the new heater in a few days time.

Happy With Job – The electrician came out and I showed him four jobs that needed to be done, two fans and some lights. He quoted for me then and there. He returned with the parts a few days later. I am happy with the pricing and the quality of the work.
Great service – I had no hot water. Within 24hrs I had someone here discussing my options. Within the next 24hrs I had my 22yr old hot water tank replaced and new control panels installed. The technicians and receptionist were proffessional, polite and very efficient and helpful. Great job! Thank you.
I am very happy – The company rang to say there would be a slight delay in the plumber arriving due to a difficult earlier job. The plumber rang and arrived when he said he would. He provided a list of alternatives with prices. He was able to clearly and concisely explain why the preferred alternative would not work and proceeded to quickly and efficiently finish the job perfectly. I am very happy.
Rewire – unfortunately had issues with the hot water system so I rang Plumbing & Electrical Doctor & they were able come out inspect & diagnose the issue which turned out to be a rewire from the circuit board to hot water system the job was carried out swiftly & no mess was left behind
Ceiling Fan Quote – Rang up and booked a visit for quote. In the meantime I got a good quote from local tradie with minimal travel time. Got my booking fee returned by Plumbing and Electrical Doctor

Wouldn't go anywhere else – These guys rewired my house today. All new PowerPoint's etc. Friendly and professional. Cleaned up after themselves. Have used them in the past for both plumbing and electrical work. Cant fault them. Definitely will be using them again.
