Where do i start. A poorly run company and a rude CEO. Third visit and no results. A waste of time and money. I should have read the reviews before going. People. Beware of this company.

the pricing, the packages, and I get sent two links, which give me absolutely no information whatsoever—just a very misleading, misguided, misinforming starting price, which then puts you in a position where they insist on you having to do a consultation which they charge $49 for. Every other reputable clinic in Australia that I have rung, that I have spoken to, do not charge for the consultation. They bend over backwards to help, and they are very transparent with their pricing and their packages. Dealing with this company to date has been nothing but extremely frustrating, misleading, misinforming, and I would give them a zero-star rating if I could. Pick up your act, pick up your customer service, treat your customers with a form of respect and dignity, and transparency.

enjoyable . I had my HIFU and cold plasma treatment and although still only one day since the treatment I have a noticeable difference in my skin and the eyelid treatment is amazing. I will be going back for further treatment.

I was very clear about my budget, my concerns, and my expectations. I explained this was a big financial commitment for me as a single mum and I was reassured I would be happy with the outcome, so I went ahead.

I saw no results whatsoever.

I was genuinely gutted. I had never done anything like this for myself, and spent my savings.

They tried to “make it better” by giving me a body wrap treatment and cleanser that I did not ask for. I didn’t want freebies... I wanted results for the areas I paid to treat.

When I requested a refund, it was refused, with the response focusing on their no-refund policy and the reminder of the “complimentary” treatments they had provided.

I escalated the matter to Fair Trading and even had voice recordings supporting what was discussed during consultation and follow up, but that signed form gave them enough protection to avoid accountability and get away with it.

Rejuv Lab changed their application of ultrasound gel protocol and doesn't apply gel to directly to the skin. After a treatment my nerves were aching and painful to the point I thought id sustained permanent nerve damage. My whole treatment was a nightmare and I didn't receive the full treatment I was charged for. Don't expect professional service, care or compassion from this company!

Treatment does not work and a waste of money. CEO also very rude. Customer beware

I have just read many reviews about the ride after sale services the false and misleading prices and when I wrote a review I was called a lier so I have made a formal complaint to QLD Health Ombudsman. Here is the link if you to have been deceived www.accc.gov.au.

a proper breakdown of costs. Upon contacting the office to express my dissatisfaction I was originally offered $200 compensation. After I questioned the amount already paid it became apparent I had been overcharged by more than $200 in the clinic, when I raised this they immediately retracted the offer of compensation. Instead, I was told I would only receive the overpaid amount back as I apparently "did not fully accept the offer", with no further acknowledgement of the inconvenience or distress caused and a refusal to enter into any further communication. The follow-up phone call to “apologise” left me feeling even more upset. The manager’s tone was dismissive and unprofessional. When I declined a free treatment due to how poorly the situation was handled, I was told, “Well, I won’t be there”—a completely inappropriate and immature response. While I want to be clear that my complaint is not about the individual clinician I saw (who was professional and the only reason I am happy to award any star at all), the way this business handles complaints, pricing transparency, and customer care is extremely concerning. I am reporting the clinic to AHPRA for misleading advertising and unethical sales practices. I would not recommend this clinic and encourage others to exercise caution. To add to this, today I have woken up with an allergic reaction after using their products sold in clinic - upon reporting this to the clinic I was informed "our products can not cause swelling, they are natural" once again - zero customer service and zero compassion for client welfare. AVOID. I wish I had read more reviews before booking.

Great experience at the Noosa clinic – I've had my first of four 21D HIFU treatments, a facial and a mild peel. I'm gradually noticing the difference in the quality of my skin. Although HIFU is a slow process I have the utmost faith in Heather who is kind, compassionate and a wonderful technician. I'm looking forward to the end results.

Terrible company nice staff who probably have to deal with the CEO running an unethical business – False advertising, do not give refunds. Advertising state of the art equipment Trilift then when you get there it's a no name brand and not what was advertised. Also advertised no needles Morpheus 8-doesnt exist & adver has since been taken down probably due to complaints.

Rip off the triple your quote price – I booked an appointment after being spammed on Facebook. The quote they gave me was $444. After my appointment they requested $900 ( I had already paid $100 at time of booking) so $1000 all up. Brilliant – The Rejuv Lab at Castle Hill consultants Jasmine and Shiva, were so informative and compassionate with everything I needed to know. I started the HIFU Lux Deluxe Package today and my skin has never looked better. You should really go and do something for yourself, you won't regret.

HORRIBLE – They sent me a text confirming my appointment but when I turned up, they had cancelled it in their system, so I turned up for nothing. The manager refused to refund me.

apparently it is for The Rejuv Lab and it wasn't until i used the "I have made a complaint with consumer affairs" that my refund was magically given back quickly. Shop around and go elsewhere as there are other places that offer the same and cheaper too.

First Hifu treatment – Kelsey @ Springwood was very pleasant, caring and knowledgeable. Hopefully will see results in 8 weeks.

required my photos to be used. I was reassured both during the treatment and at check out that my images wouldn’t be used and I was being offered a bulk treatment discount. My images were then posted that night (I reached out immediately to say I didn’t consent to this) and a week later- after me directly contacting the owners. I hadn’t signed a waiver and specifically messaged to say didn’t want my images used. They replied, and still used my images anyway.

I’m a doctor - which I don’t love to bring up because doctors can be terrible. But what you do learn as a medical practitioner is privacy and confidentially law - which protects patients privacy and rights. I raised with the owner Sabrina that they legally need my consent to use images in any form at all- especially to thousands of followers on instagram. My emails were ignored, my deposits for future appointments were held despite me cancelling treatment ms for 3 weeks. I had to mention legal action before hundreds of dollars of deposits were returned. Worst of all, the manager Sabrina sent me passive aggressive emails about my upcoming wedding.

Interestingly, finally after me raising legal concerns about use of my images against my consent, not only my images but multiple other ‘patient stories’ were deleted from their social media.

the therapists are lovely, the owners are terrible people. I have since had much more effective treatments for a quarter of the cost of this clinic. Give your money to people who respect patients and understand the services they offer- this clinic is not it.

First HIFU Appointment – My initial appiointment was for the threads special and was recommended to upgrade to the HIFU for an additional $200+ Sol explained the process thoroughly and ensured I was comfortable and well informed before, during and after my treatment. Plasm dot for eyelids and HIFU 7 – My appointment with Jacqui this week was wonderful. She explained the process thoroughly and made me feel comfortable during the treatment.

I was blocked on Messenger by several salons (as I kept messaging asking for a refund), and their story progressively changed. The last person I messaged offered an appointment with the CEO - THEN BLOCKED me so I could not even set it up!

I will be complaining to governing bodies for false advertising and entrapment. I will be seeking a refund from my bank.

Youthful glow is back – Narelle is very professional and approachable. Her service with the hifu is magic to my skin .My face feels and looks youthful , it is fantastic. The moisturiser, cleanser are a beautiful product . Thank you so much .
