I love the Sleepy Company sleep bags! After trying some other sleep bags which our baby did not love, we found the Sleepy Company transition sleep bag was a gentle and successful way to transition out of an “arms up” sleep bag. The first time we tried it, our baby fell asleep straight away without any issues! Highly recommend!
I have been really happy with our transition swaddle. I was worried about my little one no longer being swaddled but I had nothing to worry about. I live in a cooler climate where the temp can drop drastically during the night so I start with the 1 tog and when he wakes pop him in the warmer swaddle with no issues. They’re very easy to get bub in and out of.
As soon as I saw signs of my baby rolling, I bought a couple of the stage two, hopeful but not completely optimistic as I had previously tried arms out with my baby (he was always swaddled with arms at chest or down) and it didn’t go so well. My baby rolled a few days after they came in so I gave these a go straight away, as they are safe for… Read more
rolling babies. My baby slept better than ever (we didn’t know this was possible as he already sleeps so well!) I was really suprised at how well they supported and promoted his comfort. Best part is he stays slightly swaddled, but has movement to lift up his head when he rolls. I recommend this product every chance I can! Thank you sleepy company please come out with more colours I’m obsessed
Sleepy company sleep swaddles – Highly highly recommend to all new mums! These swaddles are perfect for settling babies to sleep at night. My 2 month old loves these and they are the only swaddle he enjoys as he still has movement in his arms , he sleeps all the way through the night and has done since switching to these swaddles once we were out of hospital. We love love love these swaddles and will continue to use them for future babies aswell!!
Amazing for smooth arms-out transition! – Amazingly helpful in a stressful transition! My baby started unexpectedly rolling just before three months! She was very accustomed to her cosy arms down swaddle so it was really stressful for everyone having to make the transition to arms out pretty much overnight. I tried a few different sleep sacks but she still has a bit of startle reflex… Read more
happening so she was constantly waking up and additionally was scratching her face and it was awful. I’m so glad I stumbled across this! Has been a lifesaver. She was able to have a more gradual transition to arms out and is sleeping so well now! Also really love the stretchy fabric.
Love the Sleepy Company Sleep sacks, we have bought 7 of them for baby as he grows and plan to get more! They are great for all seasons, 2.5 tog keeps baby warm in winter and the bamboo 0.2 tog is great for an Aussie summer
Being my second baby and struggling to find the perfect swaddle for my first, I searched for what felt like forever until I came across the sleepy company. The fetal flex swaddle is perfect for my baby as he likes to sleep with his hands up but won't sleep unless he is swaddled. He likes one hand out for self soothing which you can do so easily with the fetal flex swaddle! We both love it!
Going from being completed swaddled to transitioning to arms out, our girl was struggling with her sleep until we put her in this. It gives that snug and swaddled feeling but in a safer way now that she is rolling! And not to mention the material is an amazing fabric! I’ll be definitely looking to buy more.
Honestly the best sleep sacks. Our son loves how snug they are and to be able to have his little hands poke out are the best. Worth every penny spending on these. Have a baby shower coming up? Recommend people socking up on these sleep sacks.
It’s fantastic products after sleep less nights for transition I have tried 3 different sleeping sacks ( love to dream, Ego pouch, baby loves to sleep)for my 4 months old baby, finally this arrived I didn’t have much hope.. but design is very smart, was 1st bit reluctant about material but when it arrived it is a quality material, I got the all… Read more
season one, and it’s allow the bub to soothe.. it’s fantastic very happy with the product, love to repurchase.
My little bub has been loving this for the last few months. This is the only sleep sack he will go down independently in. As you can see I am in denial about him growing and need to order more in the next size up!

As a vision therapist, I love how the Sleepy Company supports the development of our little one’s vision and body awareness. I wouldn’t think of purchasing anything else for my little one (who has always loved sleeping arms out and up!)

Definitely the best sleeping suit we've tried for our son. He has a very strong Moro reflex and started rolling early at 3 months so he had to go to the transition stage early on which wasnt as effective as the fetal flex stage. But as hes almost 6 months the reflex has softened and the transition stage suit helps a little with it from what ive… Read more
seen watching him sleep. I do have a very sensitive baby, he is hard to put down to sleep for everyone including childcare educators. And usually only contact naps and co sleeps. But with this suit I do think it helps him fall asleep faster because he feels snug and cuddly and probably associates it with sleep. And i have been able to get 1 x 30 min nap in cot out of him in the mornings wearing his suit. Its not a miracle suit to those out there who also have a super alert, aware and sensitive baby. It wont suddenly make a sensitive baby sleep for hours, but it does help enough for me to continue to buy more as he grows.
My baby didnt like any of the other swaddles & sleep bags cos he wouldn't have his arms out but kept waking himself up with startle reflex . So when I came across these sleep bags I was bit hesitant but decided to give it a try & can say they do not disappoint. My baby now sleeps better & loves that he can still have his arms out. Will be repurchasing as he grows

This company is extremely deceptive. I purchased a few sizes and thicknesses of sleep sacks to see what would work best for my baby across two orders. I washed and tried one suit and it didn’t help with my baby’s reflex at all. I then proceeded to return the 4x unused items that weren’t even opened. The company has a tedious return process and… Read more
insisted I opened the packaging of all items and submit multiple photos and then rejected the photos saying the items were used. I now have a PayPal claim open which they refused to cooperate with so I’ve had to escalate an appeal. So much admin to deal with. I wonder if they do this regularly to avoid accepting returns because mums are just exhausted and can’t be bothered dealing with this. So disappointing when the target audience is exhausted new mammas trying to help their babes sleep.
Very thin material not at all as advisertised. One of the worst return policy in Australia. They say you can try their fetal flex swaddle and return it if you dont like it, which we did not. So we decided to return the item and that's when we went to through hell and back. First the a photo and send it, if they approve it then start the return,… Read more
which they convenient rejected. With no real justification. Another scam of a company, very eager to take your money, but very "sleepy" when it comes to returning your money. Do not buy from The Sleepy Company. Your wont sleep well if you do.

I bought the 2-in-1 swaddle transition bag hoping it would help with my baby’s startle reflex as advertised but it does nothing to suppress it. He wakes himself up every 20-30 minutes with his arms. I have to hold down his arms during his naps if he’s in this suit for him to sleep a bit longer, but at night it’s useless because he keeps startling… Read more
himself. I bought a different sleep suit from another company that is also safe for rolling and he can sleep for hours in that one. I still gave it three stars because it’s well made, I love that it’s cotton, and if your baby doesn’t have a strong startle reflex then this suit is fine.

So disappointed that I didn’t find out about the sleepy company until my third baby, the sleeping bags are by far her absolute favourite to sleep in, I’ve recently started putting her in them for day naps and she is getting at least 30 minutes extra each nap, highly recommended to all my friends
Such a great little system. My bub has been in Stage 1, 2 and 3 swaddles and he loves them. Perfect for little ones that don't like having their arms secured to their sides
The Stage 1 swaddle is hands-down the best purchase we made for our newborn. It genuinely saved my sanity in those early weeks and made the whole experience far less stressful. We constantly struggled with traditional swaddling. Our baby would break free every time, which was frustrating. Not with the Stage 1 sleep sack. It made settling and sleep… Read more
so much easier and more consistent. I honestly don’t know why hospitals spend so much time teaching swaddling, just get a sleep sack.
My baby struggled transitioning out of her newborn swaddles. She loved and still loves The Sleepy Company, such a life saver!

Absolutely obsessed with this product. My baby is quite fussy with how she is dressed to sleep, she doesn’t like being restricted or tightly swaddled but wakes with loose arms, doesn’t like the standard love to dream or ergo pouch. But has been sleeping perfectly every night wearing the fetal flex swaddle. As she doesn’t wake her self but is still free to have her arms around her face or side. Couldn’t recommend enough!
Material too flimsy and thin ,my baby still having startle reflex , couldn't use it much

Love the sleepy company suits. Have used both the fetal fx swaddle and the 2 in 1 transition suits and they’ve been a game changer for our bubs and as such our sleep! Have also had fabulous customer service from their team. If you want sweet dreams, sleepy company is your go to!
Best alternative – This is a great alternative if your Bub doesn’t like having their arms swaddled!
Stress free transition to hands free – I found this company through facebook advertising but was skeptical about whether it could really be effective in the way it claimed to be. But after two seperate attempts to unswaddle my son using the ‘Love To Dream’ transition swaddle process and having him wake up hourly, I was desperate to find something that could possibly make the transition… Read more
less stressful. I was really pleasantly surprised when he did a 3hr block the first night I used the 2-in-1 sleep bag. By the third night, he was back to doing 5hr, 3hr then 2hr block… Hallelujah. It’s not magic, there were definitely be an occasion or two where he would wake after an hour and need assistance getting back to sleep - but it was noticeably better and i’m glad I spent my money on it. Plus, the fabric is amazing!
Love the variety of Sleeping Bags! – Love the fact that my Bub is covered from toe to neck, including arms, with less stress about her being at a comfortable sleep temperature. Also the transition from swaddle/reflex to the armed sleeping bag with arms in to now arms out has made her sleep progression much easier. Love these products!
LOVE IT! – LOVE IT!! These Swaddles are honestly amazing! So light weight, stretchy and comfortable for our boys. Recommend over all other Swaddles!
My little one loves this sack!!! – I tried multiple types of sleep sacks with my little one and she hated them all until I put her in a transition sack from The Sleepy Company - SHE LOVES IT!! The material is soft, stretchy and lightweight. This suit made doing arms out with my little one a breeze. Highly recommend!!!!
