Fast-acting, caring and knowledgeable, Squeaky Clean are the team I would recommend for any house clean-up. After a house flood in the middle of the night, Squeaky Clean were the only company who attended within an hour. Richard immediately brought calm to the chaos, working diligently to prevent damage and restore what could be saved. His whole team were great to deal with and went the extra mile. I can't recommend them enough!

Richard was amazing, helpful and courteous after another carpet cleaner left me in an awful mess. He communicated with me about possible solutions, turned up when I had no booking to inspect and help me . I’m an so grateful for his professionalism and time. Highly recommend.

Did an online booking and was charged a deposit. A few hours later they cancelled saying they can't service my area. I asked why and was given no explantion. Don't take peoples money if you can't do the job. Totally unprofessional. I guess I should be grateful they told me instead of finding out on the day of the booking when nobody turns up.

Richard and Chris did a great job at my place. Solid work to remove some stubborn stains and friendly service. Happy to recommend them and I will certainly use them again.

I said that’s fine I wasn’t accusing him.. he replied that most company owners wouldn’t be as honest as him. Then he said wait til I leave the rental and rip up/replace the whole carpet then. I also told him I’d used the supermarket product with the scrub brush on the end, his reply was “oh no, you didn’t…”, which was completely unhelpful and did nothing but make me feel shamed. When he told me it would cost $350 to remove the odour, I said I’d have to think about it because I’m not working and it was very expensive. Instead of being understanding and respectful of my position, he spoke in depth about why the cost was so high. He was purely driving a sale. The feeling I got from this man was of coercion and fear-based tactics. I’m autistic and live alone. I needed to talk to someone who was helpful, considerate and patient. I felt sick the whole time talking to him, and when I hung up I burst into tears. I came on this website afterwards to see if my reaction was out of place, but after seeing so many reviews that also describe him as rude/unpleasant and the company as unreliable I would avoid at all costs.

Honestly the best company to work with – Spoke to Richard at 11pm when my washing machine had leaked water all over my rental carpets including the bedroom, and part of the living room. Absolute Ripoff – Quoted to have a rental cleaned, gave them an accurate description of the unit. When the operator attended told us it would be an additional $130 knowing we had no time to arrange another operator. It's a rort. Don't use them under any circumstances.

Exceptional Service - Highly Recommend – I spoke to Richard, from the Squeaky Clean Team, and Richard talked me through the best ways to get the job done. He provided multiple options and varying price points.

Very Unsatisfied – I was given a reasonable quote over the phone and booked well in advance. I called the office when no one showed for the appointment. Someone did show up (2hrs late), then proceeded to ask for 2x the amount of the quote. My husband was able to get him back down to the quote price, but had to work hard to get the price back down.
