Don’t waste your money – This product is rubbish. As I read other reviews I see many people have the same issue. The product works for a while but soon stops charging altogether and is useless. Turns off within seconds on full charge – Reading through all reviews - everyone having the same issue. It is clear there is a defect with this product. On full charge cannot be used because it turns off - constantly - within seconds. This is a major defect and under Australian Consumer Law this is a breach. There should be a class action because EVERYONE seems to be experiencing the same issue. For a product costing over $100 this is completely unacceptable. Show details

Thin Lizzy curler was great not now – Love my curler however only used the odd occasion and no longer heats so useless now thin Lizzy offered me a new one for half price but only $20 cheaper than local pharmacy

Waste of money – This curler has only been used once before it stopped heating. It only turns on when plugged in and keeps turning off within seconds. This is not something i expected when paying over $100 for a product. Show details

Lasted a year – I had my Curler for just over and year and in that time it was fabulous but now it has stopped working and doesn’t even heat up any more :(( Such a waste of money! You can buy curlers for $20 that last just as long if not longer. So disappointing. Show details

it because I did not want a refund for I loved the product- I was jut hoping for a replacement. I had kept all my receipts and the original box. The customer service team was very understanding and I had multiple representatives reach out to me to solve the problem and get a new Ucurl on its way to me.

It arrived to me this morning and I am so excited to start using it again!! Thanks so much Thin Lizzy team, really happy with how you handled my situation and you have a loyal customer in me.

My mother purchased 3 - my sister AND sister-in-law have experienced the exact same issue... Respectfully, this is a horrible product that obviously has faulty supplies hence the amount of people with the same issue.

Terrible Service – I have been waiting since March to sort out this problem with the Hair Curler, Could not get a refund, so sent the product back, and still no assistance from the company when they received the item back or what they propose to do. Loving this product – I've seen a few reviews stating it won't charge or turn on, but I've personally been lucky with mine. Not something I would recommend – Takes sometime to heat up, before cooling off quite quickly. Gives a slight wave in your hair, but you need to repeat to get the mildest effect. This product is not for me. Show details

Faulty Ucurl - poor Customer Service – Ucurl screen doesn't work. Complained and sent them the requested video. Have never heard from them since. Love love love it! – My hair is thick and frizzy and I got tired of straightening it. My lovely partner bought this for me for Xmas and I love it. No problems so far with it turning off. Got my long thick hair done in less than 20 minutes. Pricey, but worth it!  Show details

Great curler. I love it! – This is the first curler that I’ve been able to get good results for. Takes me about 25mins to curl all of my hair. Uses about half of the battery for a whole head. Curl stays all day. Very happy with it.  Show details

Can never complete my hair – This curler works well but it turns itself off after a little while and then takes more than 30 minutes before you can turn it back on. I’ve had to leave the house with my hair half curled before. Very frustrating.  Show details

Hair got stuck – I'm a hairdresser and my mum gave me this for my birthday and my hair got caught in it. I had to cut a large chunk out. I messaged the company and they didn't even respond. Don't recommend terrible quality
