I was a little hesitant about Tick Travel Insurance. The five star reviews were mostly about the low cost premiums and I hadn't read the negative reviews surrounding claims before purchase. documents and receipts to be uploaded which was quite overwhelming. This may of course be a similar process with other insurers. It took some time so the wait was a little stressful but Tick eventually honoured our claim and refunded our bills in full. It seems if you can provide all the necessary documentation you will be covered. Well done Tick.
