Amazing service! – I just came in here on the weekend to look at some tiles because we're renovating our bathroom and ensuite. I was served by a guy named Kyle. He was amazing! He was so friendly and happy to help! He Answered every question I had, was super knowledgeable and explained what the next steps my hubby and I had to do to prepare our walls before we tile. We've never done anything like this before and it was such an amazing experience to be able to walk in with out knowing anything and leave with a really good idea of what we need to do! The showroom has so many different options but Kyle helped us a lot work out what we were trying to go for! Will definitely be suggesting this shop to anyone! Amazing service, amazing staff!

Happy Experience – I bought 88msq tiles, cost over $2k, paid $200. I shopped around before making the purchase, their price is very competitive, for similar tiles. 2 weeks later, we change our mind from 300x600mm to 600x600mm. They said they had to charge additional for holding the 300x600 tiles which they could have sold, and that if they don't have the stock for 600x600, they may have to get it from another supplier. It turned out they have 600x600 in warehouse, and they let us swapped over with no extra charges. Delivery from Dandenong to Clyde North was $80. The delivery man was very polite and take a lot of care handling the tiles, and was able to bend his hours to get it delivered at 6:45pm - the earliest i could get home to open the door for him. Overall i have a very satisfying experience. This is my third purchase in the past 12 months.

Dodgy – I placed an order for 92 square metres of tiles. Cost just over $4500. I paid a deposit of $200 but later discovered it was a $2000 deposit, wasn't wearing my glasses! [name removed] added an extra 0. Then we changed our minds, didn't want the tiles but digital images instead. I went back to Tile Citi only to be told that my deposit could not be refunded. The salesman [name removed] had taken it upon himself to ship all those tiles from the warehouse to his showroom in Amberley Crescent. This would mean I would still have to pay for the tiles and then a delivery fee from the showroom back to the warehouse. Really, you expect me to believe this crap? Very dodgy people there, please visit Beaumont Tiles if you are looking for any and stay well away from this company.
