Tile Cloud

Ruined the look of my sister’s kitchen as they delivered two different tiles - one set in matte and the other high gloss - but insisted they were the same when she questioned it. Tilers went ahead and laid the tiles as she trusted Tile Cloud and now there’s a noticeable glossy line of tiles at the top which vastly contrasts the matte tiles.

As a tiler who has just completed a job for a customer who used the Thirroul Travertine Look Matte Subway Tile 75mm x 300mm. I found the variations in tile sizes to be very frustrating to lay especially as the width varied by 1.5mm and the length varied by upto 6mm. A nice tile but unfortunately the quality control was lacking

More gorgeous than what they looked online! – I would just like to commend TileCloud on a) Their beautiful tiles, b) Their customer service on the phone and via prompt email replies and c) Their speedy delivery time in conjunction with the fact that they guarantee all tiles and will replace any damaged ones to which I had none. All aspects of this company is above the rest of all tile companies in the industry. I will not shop anywhere else for my next renovations.

Speedy delivery and helpful consultant – The staff were super helpful with our bathroom renovation needs, and the ordering and delivery process was excellent (and speedy). Thanks so much to the Tile Cloud team, especially Adam who assisted us.

Highly Recommend – I love the range and quality of tile at Tile cloud and the delivery was very quick. I had made an error when ordering and staff were super helpful and responsive in helping me.

stingy samples – Charge for a sample and pay $15 shipping for a little square that is supposed to help you decide a full wall. National tiles gave me like 6 tiles for free. If there's a minimum shipping charge at least throw a few tiles equal to the 500g of postage I'm paying for.

Poor after sale/ customer service – I wanted to like tilecloud. Great looking tiles, inspo and selections but the experience was not good. the tiler got in I was told there was not enough wastage accounted for they were not able to start. I jumped online straight away to order another box and they were on pre order for later January delivery. I chatted to customer service hoping they would help me but the care factor was next to non existent. I was coming up with options to try and get my laundry finished and they kept shutting it down. I couldn’t even return and get a different tile. No accountability on their part for the incorrect advice. No offer to help with $90 shipping rate for the second order. It was pretty much a “too bad for you” attitude. I was so close to writing a review and then didn’t.

To top this off I get an email on the 6th of December from tilecloud to share an update on my order that it’s ready and will be dispatched “soon” and I should expect a tracking number. Today is the 30th and after no tracking number came through I followed up. The customer service person tells me “Thank you for reaching out. Your order is a pre-order, and the tiles are expected to be dispatched in late January as per the order details” not sure if it was the “as per” or the lack of an apology that got me. When asked to clarify the email I was told “thank you for your message. Your order is a pre-order item with an expected dispatch date of late January. The email sent on December 6th may have been a premature update”

Where is the ownership here guys? I didn’t misread when I placed the order, your team told me that the order is ready and now it’s not? Businesses make mistakes. At least be transparent and apologise.

To be avoided – Terrible, terrible service. Nice enough product if and when it arrives. Warehouse is hopeless, seem to send out whatever they can lay their hands on regardless of whether you ordered it. Delays with deliveries have caused major problems. Avoid Tile Cloud unless you have unlimited time and patience.

Hopeless – They had 1 job! Send the tile I ordered. 1 JOB!!! BUT NO....They sent the wrong tile. I didn't order ripple effect, but that's what I got and now they want me to pay $120 shipping to return them. The good reviews are so fake, they are written in management speak, real people don't speak like that. So fake.

Do not recommend – Appalling service. Payed good money to have our tiles delivered to our door only to be told by the courier that they are not delivering them to us because we don’t have a fork lift. of tiles so it’s not just a pop down the road and pick them up. After 24hrs we still don’t know if our tiles are going to be delivered. Wouldn’t recommend or use Tile Cloud again.

No good – I had high hopes for Tile Cloud as their products look stunning online however, upon paying for three different packages of samples every single tile in real life looked completely different to how the pictures were presented online. - 14 days for delivery and then they emailed me again telling me it is not available yet so I had to wait for preorder which is over 5 weeks away, which doesn't work with our tiler schedule. So, now I am back to the beginning after having undertaken all the work to choose other selections based on the tile that was not advertised on their website as out of stock. I fully understand that supply chain issues occur - but just communicate that on the website before someone buys the items.

Hold out and get a discount – Tiles are good, as shown, but for anyone considering purchasing, add items to your cart and let it sit as long as possible, they’ll contact you with a discount. I had emails for 50% off some items but silly me had already checked out, don’t make my mistake

Stingy Samples, expensive shipping – Sent out literally a quarter of a 120mm square tile as a sample. How are you supposed to judge from that? Anyway, thought Id bite the bullet only to be stung with $120 shipping charge on $170 worth of tiles. Would not recommend.

Poor quality tiles – I brought tiles for my bathroom the tiles mark easy and have faded almost like they have not had any protector on them never buy from the again

Great tiles! Ordered without samples & so happy – Unfortunately due to Covid we had to order some tiles without seeing samples. Thankfully they were all stunning patterns/colours and they turned out so well in our home. The team were so helpful in processing our order & assisting with grout choices.

Fabulous! – We used a number of different tiles from Tile Cloud in our latest renovation. Samples were quickly delivered and I was able to confidently select our tiles from these and internet pictures. Customer service were great, tile were fabulous quality and they look amazing in our home. We are very happy.

Absolutely loved our tiles! – We are a building company who often use TileCloud for our clients. We recently used the Brunswick Kit Kat in Matte white, the quality amazing and the end product was perfect. Our client was so happy with the result and we loved it too. We will definitely continue to recommend TileCloud to our future clients.

Ahhhhmazing! – We had been looking on Pinterest for some inspiration and most of our boards were full of tilecloud tiles. tweak a few choices and gave me heaps of tips on things beyond the tiles. It was so good. We confirmed our order and it was here within a week. The tiles are GORGEOUS!!! They far exceed my expectations. They will be installed soon; I cannot wait! Thank you Tilecloud and everyone there for such a seamless experience from start to finish! Yay!

New bathroom tiles! – I went with tilecloud to supply the tiles for my new bathroom renovation. Website was easy to use, great assortment of tiles to choose from and staff really easy to contact and very helpful. Really happy with how the tiles look. A really easy and efficient way to buy tiles.

Kitchen floor tiles and splashback tiles look amazing! – Selecting, ordering and picking up tiles was so easy and the customer service I experienced throughout the purchase process was so helpful. The tiles are good quality, look like the website photos and look great in my new kitchen.

Terrible customer service. Terrible delivery. Expect to wait 6 weeks for any delivery and customer service not helpful. Never call you back.
