DO NOT buy from this site – I placed an order with them for a Mobilo Large Bucket set, with an ETA that would have it delivered in time for my grandson's birthday. as the delivery date got closer I grew concerned as the order had not even reached their warehouse from the supplier. that it would be in their warehouse the following week, which was now too late for the birthday and also too late to get it anywhere else in time either. The following week, still no sign of it being shipped. I contacted them again and was again told that they needed 2 days to investigate, at which point I demanded the order be cancelled and the money be refunded or I would instigate a chargeback. I will never use this company again, I'm all for supporting small Australian businesses but not when they behave this way. DO NOT buy from this company, who knows when/if you'll ever get your order.

Avoid - buy elsewhere with reliable shipping – This shop has been rebranded ‘The Nile’. So bad. Customer service is terrible and shipping timeframes are completely inaccurate. Don’t bother - poor communication and non existent shipping – Order placed and followed up twice as no shipping confirmation sent for weeks. Both times stated different dates and just kept saying wholesale supply issues. But none of this was communicated to myself. We needed these presents to give for a birthday present so had to source another present. Have requested a full refund and cancelling order. We shall see how it goes. Wish I had read reviews prior to placing the order!

Missleading – This item is no bigger than my hand. Pictures are missleading, the size of the product looks way bigger than what it is.

Damaged opened item received – So disappointed to received my purchase from Tiny Fox. As you can see in the photos, it was opened, scratched and damaged. Normally this wouldn’t bothered me, however this was purchased as a Christmas gift.

don't worry. 10th of October: No contract being made by the company to say sorry we are running late. In fact, after I contacted them, they said it MIGHT be send on the 17(!!!) And arrive by 25th(!?!?) And offered a delivery fee refund, what a joke. So I've lost time and money that i have to pay now for express postage. Very very angry.

upset when the nurse said we couldn’t use this carrier because the product details say min 3.2kg

When I contacted Tiny Fox, they emailed without acknowledging the incorrect information on their website nor did the email apologies for the inconvenience. They just emailed return slip for Australia Post and said I didn’t have to pay for the return (nor should I)

Poor customer service and really dangerous and misleading information that could have caused smothering of my poor baby.

Box lunchbox – This lunchbox fits an incredible amount of food. The adjustable divider part is great to change up snack options. The ice pack provided is great for keeping yoghurts and custards cool and the flexible apple compartment works great for us. This is by far our favourite lunchbox out of them all.

Tiny Fox light grey play pen – It’s huge , I didn’t think my 14 month old would like it considering he hates being caged, but he’s loving it, it’s got plenty of room for him to play and he doesn’t really noticed there bars around him, and I’ve been in there with him most of the day to get used to it too. - mum and bub both very happy

Outstanding Service – I recently purchased 2 children a prams They were delivered promptly and unfortunately 1 of the trays broke The service I received was outstanding Originally it was requested I return the pram but my granddaughter became so upset that it was going back they arranged to just have the tray sent back and replaced All ways updating me constantly I would recommend them to anyone thinking of ordering

Would not recommend – Terrible shipping time. Order placed on 10th of Feb and no shipping information provided until after I sent an enquiry on 19th of Feb. Incorrect item was posted but refund has been issued. will not recommend and will not shop here again.

Do not believe the return policy – My daughter has been looking for a trapeze with a particular mechanism that allows the bar to slide up the hanging ropes. voucher. They do NOT accept returns unless there is a problem with the item. For an online shop where you are not able to view before purchase, especially when photos are limited, this is hugely inconvenient. We now have a trapeze we have to give away and buy a new one. I will NOT be buying from here again. I just hope other online stores don't follow suit.

Change Table Tiny Fox – Warning DO NOT buy from this company. I purchased black change table at $328.29 and it arrived brown. When I tried to contact them about returning the product they didn't give me an option.I drove 1 hour to the address on the email to return it to the warehouse and the address doesn't exist. Please save yourself and don't order from them.

Scam website - check their fb page for accurate reviews – I waited 6 weeks for a product that was to be sent in 5 days and have just received a refund as they don’t have stock in the colour i ordered. No communication received no offers of another colour and now all the sales are finished so I buy elsewhere it’s full price. AWFUL customer service

That is a shameful company! They don't refund what you have paid and break their promises! – I bought 3 items from this company and they didn't notify me when one of the major item I want most was out of stock before shipping and the worst thing is I requested a return and refund but they charge the full shipping and don't refund in full. This is absolutely the worst purchase experience I've ever had. Please don't waste your time on this company, for your own sake.

finally called me after I got on live chat and they wanted to confirm the item I brought, my post code and the site that I purchased it off.. I found that extremely suspicious and scammer behaviour, I asked why it had not been dispatched yet and said it would now not arrive on time, they said they assure me that they would dispatched early this morning and that it would definitely arrive by Friday 11th March. Later on this afternoon I jumped on live chat and requested the tracking details and they proceeded to tell me the item wouldn’t be dispatched for another 48 hours! I have requested a refund and done a bank dispute. Wish I read the reviews prior to buying off there. I would never use this site again, the customer service was terrible!

initially no apology and no explanation given. I have since cancelled the order and am awaiting a refund. Yes, they offer a lot of products at a discounted price but the website is misleading and the customer service is terrible. I would prefer to pay a bit more to a company that values their customers time and communicates with them appropriately.

I find it unacceptable that they will continue to allow other people online to purchase items while telling me they're unavailable even though I've paid for them - or that they continue to allow people to purchase them online for at least a week after I purchased them, when they don't actually have the stock available to fulfill any of those orders. Avoid the disappointment and order elsewhere.

STILL hasn't arrived at their warehouse, it should arrive to them between 3-7 days then get to me between 4-8 days. It's now the 8th of December, I still don't have the damn thing and the last update was the 29th November saying it was picked up by the courier. Hasn't even been processed at the Sydney depot yet. Absolute joke, it probably won't get here in time for Christmas and I'll have to shell out more money for a different gift.

lied about when things have been shipped. I was told it was shipped last Friday. And now the following Friday I have finally received a notification from Auspost saying they have received my order.

They seem to sell products they don’t have and then scramble to try to order and send to you. So far I have been waiting just under two month for a product advertised as in stock.

Wouldn’t recommend.

estimated delivery day of the 21st October, pretty much a month and a half after I first put the order in. I’ve been given a refund, but this company has zero care factor in the poor way they conduct business. Don’t waste your time.

pregnancy and c-section booked next week... I have nowhere to change my newborn baby. The company should have some type of empathy and grade of service when dealing with expectant mothers. I find this lack of service quite disgusting and unacceptable.
