Misleading and dangerous information about products
After having a small baby that was going into special care nursery, we needed a carrier for our 2.2kg baby as she needs to be upright for 30mins after every feed, so doing a number of website searches I was excited to see a Baby Bjorn carrier for min 2kg (very hard to find) I purchased this and waited a while for it to arrive and I was shocked and upset when the nurse said we couldn’t use this carrier because the product details say min 3.2kg
When I contacted Tiny Fox, they emailed without acknowledging the incorrect information on their websi...te nor did the email apologies for the inconvenience. They just emailed return slip for Australia Post and said I didn’t have to pay for the return (nor should I) Poor customer service and really dangerous and misleading information that could have caused smothering of my poor baby.
Waste of time
Ordered a portable cot which was to leave warehouse from Sydney in 2-4 days. Was only to be delivered to South Australia and after 13 days, received an email of a refund because they had no stock. Simply not good enough.
I had recently bought a portacot from kmart for my 11 month baby to play in but the mattress it came with was more like thin hard plastic and wanted something more comfortable for him to play on so did my research and came across this and what can i say amazing fast delivery , very soft mattress that can be portable folded and taken everywhere and comes with a cover that can be taken off and washes if your having second thoughts do not hesitate to get this loved it and so did my baby and fit perfect in my kmart portacot.

Perfect shoe for toddler
Perfect shoe for my 1 year. Are a lovely soft leather with sheepskins lining. He’s also learning to walk so seem perfect for that too.

It doesnt stick
I bought the first food tiny set for my baby and after a few days the plate stopped sticking to the high chairs flat part. Even after properly cleaning and wiping both(the table and the plate), it still doesnt create a vacuum. I am not sure if why.
The product is great BUT
The item is great, we needed another one. The issue is with Fastway couriers, the delivery took over a week in transit and the box was crushed and had a hole in the side that was taped up. I've actually had a few issues with Fastway couriers before and don't like knowing they are handling my items.

Such a stressful experience
This has been 1 of the worst experiences dealing with an online business. I purchased a baby monitor which was in stock as per their website and delivery was 7 working days. When I didn't receive my order in 7 days I followed up. They said sorry it will be another 3 working days when it didn't turn up then I followed up again they told me that their supplier is waiting for stock and there are delays because of covid and it will be a further 3 days until they get the unit. Not once did they volunteer this information I had to follow up each time.... Eventually I was told the monitor would only arrive in about a month. After a week or so I was told that the monitor is discontinued and they want to refund me. I was devastated and gave them my banking details as I had a new card and was told the refund would be done in a 3-4 working days, I then received a refund of $3.90 ( The shipping) when I emailed to ask where the rest of my money was I didn't get a reply, 3 days later still no one had replied to me. There is no contact number on their website, I got hold of someone via Webchat and she apologized and said my refund has now been processed correctly and it will take 1-2 days. I now receive an email saying my original payment method isnt working can I send my banking details( I sent this almost 2 weeks ago) now it is going to take another week before I get my money back. My baby is due and I don't have the money to buy a new monitor because of this. This has been really stressful.
Dolls high chair
Great little dolls high chair and my 2 year old granddaughter loves it. Timber and well made. Comes flat pack and easy to assemble
Poor customer service and shipping
Ordered from Tiny Fox with approximate arrival date being listed to be delivered within 5 days. Tiny fox gave the parcel aus post 2 days before it was due to be delivered. When contacted, they lied and told me it had been handed over to aus post before it actually had (aus post sent me a confirmation of when the parcel was recieved). If you are after something quickly, don't order from this company :)

Placed order for cot mattress on 20 May. Received email confirmation that order had been received from Tiny Fox and stating parcel will be delivered approx 26th May by Aramex Couriers.
Phone call came through to confirm order on 24th May which seemed odd. 1st June rolls around nothing has arrived at my house and still no email to confirm a tracking number. Contact via live chat for tracking information. Person I talk to states it hasn’t left the warehouse yet and will follow it up. 3rd June I ...receive tracking information. I check the progress every 2nd day by 14 June I make contact via chat again as the tracking of parcel hasn’t progressed passed awaiting for courier to receive item. During live chat [Name Removed] states they need to conduct an investigation as they cannot locate the item. 15 June [Name Removed] emails me stating it’ll take another 24-48 hours to conduct investigation. I reply to [Name Removed] expressing my frustration as my baby is due very soon and I have to mattress for the cot. 16th June [Name Removed] emails expressing her understanding in my frustration and also that they haven’t had a resolution with the carrier yet. 17th June She offered to for a replacement to be sent out the following day or a refund. I state that they are to send the replacement and if there are any delays that I will need the refund sorted ASAP so I can source the required cot mattress elsewhere. A tracking number is sent for a “direct freight” company and I’m advised to wait a few hours for it to register. All weekend nothing registers. Monday 21st June tracking number shows ‘no record’. I have emailed Tiny Fox [Name Removed] and she states there is a warehouse delay and to wait for it to show up later that day. 7pm same day and still showing ‘no record’ on the tracking number. I have emailed Tiny Fox 3 times since 7pm 21st June requesting for a refund and still no response.
I wish the sleep suit was as good as the customer service
We bought a new sleep suit for my son as he has outgrown last years. Last years sleep suit lasted all through a cold Sydney winter and still in great condition. But this sleep suit has been worn for 2 weeks and the stitching is all coming undone. For such as expensive item you expect a little more then 2 weeks wear out of it.
In saying that the customer service was up and beyond. I ordered it on a Sunday night, it was packed and shipped the next day and got to me like a day later. I was shocked and very happy. Thank you for that speedy delivery.

This lunchbox fits an incredible amount of food. The adjustable divider part is great to change up snack options. The ice pack provided is great for keeping yoghurts and custards cool and the flexible apple compartment works great for us. This is by far our favourite lunchbox out of them all.
