The hard surface labels are good, but the iron on labels come off in the wash and the clothes stamp stamps on very lightly so can't read the name on the clothes. Waste of money. Do not buy.

but unfortunately they don’t offer a stainless steel option — which is why I decided to try Tinyme.
Sadly, our experience has been very disappointing.
Firstly, the four compartments are separated in a very unstable way. The stainless steel tray inside is not secured firmly and can easily fall out when opened. The food separator does not seal properly, so it doesn’t prevent food from moving between compartments. The very first time my son used it with pasta, he came home completely sad because the sauce had leaked into all the different sections and mixed everything together that he didn’t eat anything that day! Another major issue is the lid clasp. It comes off very easily — we lost one of the clasps after only two or three uses. I searched for spare parts but couldn’t find any available, which is very frustrating.
On top of that, the lid consists of multiple separate pieces that easily comes off every-time you open/close the box, making it extremely difficult for a Reception or Year 1 child to put back together independently. It’s simply not practical or kid-friendly.
Overall, I’m not happy with this purchase. The design feels poorly thought out, not suitable for young children, and the quality does not match the expectations. Unfortunately, I would not recommend it.

All 3 bento boxes have broken within 5 months. Some were after just a month. One box cracked. The other 3 handles snapped off
Ink washes out you can’t read it, but stains clothes.

10 years later and still good!!! – Back in 2013 I purchased for my son and daughter the library bags, lunch boxes, pencils cases and swim bags. Over the years I have washed them and always come out looking brand new no matter how much dirt was on them. Excellent quality and highly recommend. Will always keep them as a memento of their kinder/primary school years.
Excellent Customer Service – The customer service by Tinyme was excellent. I ordered a duffle bag for my daughter for daycare and unfortunately there was an imperfection in the fabric forming a hole. After bringing this to the attention of Tinyme they immediately rectified the situation by sending a new duffle bag which arrived two days later. I will definitely order from Tinyme again, great customer service and excellent products.
Amazing Customer Service – Lost a library bag in transit and they replaced and sent new one within a few days. I have order 2 bags from there before and my daughter is about to start her third year with this hers. Still looks brand new and amazing quality! Also put late label order in with express post and had delivered within the week! The service I have received last week is amazing…

Ordered bento box and lunch bag combo. They look great but the bento box is really too small for my 6 year old's school lunch. Yoghurt pouches won't fit in any of the compartments, so I have to put the yoghurt pouch next to the sandwich, and paper towel in between to avoid sandwich going soggy. After about 6 weeks of use the hinges came off and I can't get them back on so I can't use the item anymore. Way too expensive for 6 weeks of use.
Awful quality – Once upon a time they were the best labels lasted all year round the quality was fantastic! When I ordered more I couldn’t believe the poor quality was from the same company labels washed off, faded & cracked within weeks. I sent complain to CS and she even tried to teach me on how to peel it that's nonsense cos what I got It's not like what showed on the website when I ordered it) . Watch out for their website they tried to make you to do the add items things showing it as part of promotion but then they regularly adjust the price higher and then discount it to make you think you're getting a bargain price, check the breakdown price cos there's some hidden price adds when you ordering things before checkout.
The color printout quality on the sticker is so dull not as bright as it's showed on the website. I wish I read review first from here or on google review before ordered it.
The namestamp product its cost 54 aud with postage is misleading its said waterproof bla bla bla but in reality the ink is bleeding althought I followed every instructions. On the 2nd wash it's definitely only left black blots ruined the clothes.
It's so obvious they didn't do quality check before they sent the final product, they look great on website and instagram cos they must be using some LUT or filter to make the colors pop as promotion.
Dont waste your money on this company just find other company that have good review and not charging much like this.

Steer clear – REALLY wish I'd read reviews first. I ordered a label pack including clothing stamp. The name stickers are faded and peeling after a couple weeks, and the name stamp bleeds through and ruined all my daughters clothes.
Bad quality items – Absolutely rubbish. I have ordered some bag tags for my daughters. The prints came all faded . I contacted the customer service, they have been awful basically not help at all. I would never buy again from them.

NAME PUZZLES: The quality seems to have improved since my first purchase in 2021, the newer puzzles are glossier. The newer puzzles purchased at the end of 2023 are still sitting in boxes and have not been gifted, so it hasn’t passed the toddler test as yet.
NAME STAMPS: I would NOT recommend this product. Like so many others here - I wish I read the reviews before buying 3 stamps. I’ve just tested the stamp on 4 items. It does NOT work on bibs with a “fluffy” surface, the ink rubs off and transfers to other garments / skin. Like what others have said, the stamps seeps through the garment (I can clearly see the name on the other side of the t-shirt). I haven’t put the garments through the wash yet.
STICKY LABELS: The label works fine on books and toys. I’ve just it to label plastic containers which has been through the dishwasher a number of times. It has since started to peel a bit, but the colour and name is still visible.
Products do not work – I got a personalised backpack, clothing stamp and stickers. The bag has been great so far, the stamp is useless - it washes off the first time the clothing is cleaned and the stickers last a couple weeks before the whole surface is stretched off. Would not reccommend them at all.
Incorrect product shipped, they won't do anything – We ordered a Lion bag, but they delivered a Dragon bag. Customer service said they won't send the correct order, saying "it would be a waste". How ridiculous!
Stay away from the name stamp – I appreciate your prompt refund, but I strongly recommend removing this product from your website. Multiple thick jumpers now have persistent blank ink marks, even after multiple washes! They didn’t appear straight away but seeped through the jumper over time therefore I did about 10 school items! Iron on labels - don’t bother – I brought some iron on labels and initially they worked well but now when I go to use the rest of them they don’t work, it’s like they worked for a few months then degraded or something. Have since thrown the label sheet out. I also brought a bag tag and the print rubbed off. I was happy with the sticky labels though. I don’t recommend the iron on labels and bag tags.

Very very slow delivery after paying for express shipping – I placed an order as this was the only company offering express shipping that could get the product to me in time for an event. emailed customer service, they usually respond in 2-3 days. They suggested that maybe someone else checked the mail and it’s sitting somewhere in my house. So dumb! It seems that others have the same issue. I don’t know why they just can’t change the shipping to include tracking or use a faster shipping service if this problem has been going on for years, as you can see from reviews.

Terrible quality, used to be much better – I recently purchased name labels for daycare for my second child and the ones on his bottle have worn away. The sticker is still there but the image and name is wearing off. I had used theses previously for my first child and those are still going strong, 5 years on. Not like they used to be, the quality is very different and terrible. Hoping to get in touch with them and get a refund.
