ridiculously expensive outrageous interest and notice charge. When I tried to call them this morning right on 9 no one was available in accounts to try to sort out what was going on. So far feeling this has been a huge mistake.

the insurance team have saved us thousands in insurance premiums (over $10K) from identifying errors in the quoting forms supplied by the previous strata company and receiving very detailed monthly financial reporting makes everything very transparent.

Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to switch from a larger agency to a more boutique style company.

bookkeeping. Instead of hiring a proper building manager, they gave the job to a friend—someone completely unqualified who did little more than collect a paycheck. Meanwhile, essential maintenance was neglected, and any work that did happen was massively overpriced.

The worst part? When we tried to remove them, they went behind our backs and took the matter to NCAT without informing us—a clear breach of their obligations. They secured full control over the building’s management, effectively blocking owners from voting them out. It was a blatant abuse of power and a total betrayal of trust.

This company is nothing more than a [Contents Removed]. If you don’t want to be locked into an overpriced, corrupt system with no way out, avoid Titles Strata Management at all costs. They should be investigated for their unethical and possibly illegal practices!

Dire experince. There is no way these positive reviews are real – Absolute joke of a company. I don't understand how its possible to have such incompetent people, they give completely inaccurate information, can't spell, cant communicate have a very low cognitive functioning so that they cant even understand basis questions - they wont be our strata for much longer

Will not reply to emails and DO NOT care about senior residents – I live in a retirement village and these people do NOT care about the senior residents. They allowed the previous managers (removed due to unacceptable treatment of us residents) to take 2 parking spots away from the residents. Every weekend there's parking space for 2 cars that are empty. When the relief manager is here he doesn't park in the managers spot as the relief use to. The village bus that isn't used also has taken a spot away from us. I've asked on behalf of the residents, for parking to be returned as it was before the previous managers, as we have people parking on the street which is a long walk or up a hill to get to their units. I cannot understand why they will not do the right thing by us senior residents

Very helpfull strata mangers – Given I am new to a strata property and also newly elected secretary of the Owners Corporation, TSM were very helpful and provided guidance with the renovations process, which included new bylaw. Strata went bankrupt – Titles was managing our building and out funds was mismanaged. Exuberant charges with gardening and cleaning even they are not being done or at par with the pices. They ket charging the strata even though its already negative. Our building is poorly managed and they charged so heavily but with very poor service. Be careful with them. Worst ever Strata Management have to deal with. DON'T GO Near them – Worst ever Strata Management have to deal with. They are absolute hopeless. My unit was damaged and they refuse to pay. Taking them to Fair trading to argue. Don't go near them. Worst company.

SHOCKING, DON'T GO NEAR, EVER! – Shirk responsibility, would rather tenants move out than fix a problem with urgency, lied outright several times on a phone call despite written proof contrary to their lies. Quite outrageous. Go nowhere near them if shopping for a new strata manager.

What a mistake! – I don't think I can say one positive thing about this company. Most of the time the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Passive-aggression from managers and directors is palpable. They are happy to take your money and do very little for it. This company would certainly benefit from some conflict-resolution training, and people-management skills.

Bad form – Started off well, but went dramatically downhill. We had lawns unattended for 9 months. We left in March and are still receiving unpaid invoices from our time with Titles. The most recent invoice was actually paid by an owner to Titles (at 200% of what it cost) and Titles 'forgot' to pay the company.

Happy with the service – Our strata wasn't happy with the service or our manager in 2017, but that has changed now. I think previously there may have been problems with personnel . Stay away from them if you can – Worst strata company out there. No organisational skills. Non delivery of service. Just don't care other than collecting their fees. All they do is over charge on everything. All about lip talk to get you in. High turnover of strata managers.

If I could give it a 0 star I would – Worst strata company out there. They never return emails or phone calls. Everything is just a lie. Rude stuff has been reported to the ACCC multiple times. Just ring and ask what the turn over on property managers Is. That answer alone will tell you what type of company it is. Don’t waste your time.

Fantastic to work with – Well organised and efficient strata company. I first started dealing with Titles Strata about 4 years ago, they were doing such a great job I brought my other property over to them that was lacking good management. I deal with two different strata managers and both are equally as attentive, polite and go out of their way to assist our committee. Would highly recommend these guys, they are great!
